I recently purchased the whole house filtration along with the reverse osmosis system and couldn't be more pleased! The whole processes was seamless and quick. The team that installed it did a wonderful job with customizing where we wanted it placed and how the finished product looked. They explained all the processes and left us great tips on how to make it work the best. Support has also been very friendly! Thank you!

I had a great experience. Everybody from one is very nice and direct the service guy Nando get an excellent job. He was quite efficient. He didn’t take very long at all I read this man as a 10 out of a 10 very personable. Very nice to the point got the job done. I hope all your technicians are as good as Nando.

Plumbline installed new wiring for a Level 2 EV charger, and provided the charger and installation as well. It went very smoothly! The initial consultation appointment was scheduled for a Saturday, a quote was given while they were here and the work was done by Tuesday afternoon. Overall, very pleasant experience and the charger is working like a charm!

Plumbline has been absolutely wonderful. Great service!!! I had a strange sound from the furnace and they sent someone the next day and it was fixed. The staff are friendly and experienced. I am very happy this is the company we chose to work with because they are great!

I was extremely disappointed with the service of this company. I left very clear instructions on parts needed and exactly what was wrong. I received a phone call stating the service tech would be arriving with the parts and get straight to work. An hour later, I got a call from the tech stating he was still an hour away. Upon arrival, no mention or knowledge of the notes that were left, even made the comment, "notes get messed up". Except he did not know I had called the day before to Angela who knew exactly what the notes stated. My tech was Joseph. He spent an hour going through every thing except what actually needed to be fixed. He could not speak clearly about what was needing to be fixed. The female counterpart was better and more personable, but was not the lead at this appointment. After an hour I was hit with a $5800 - $6400 bill without itemization or clarity as to what, when or how… I heard VIP membership… wow! Still nothing about what I needed to be fixed nor any attempt to get it fixed. So, I paid $50 and asked them to go. It was clear this company was here to sell rather than fix. They left without replacing the panel to my circuit breaker, clearly unaware of anything… fantastic service. I highly recommend and can not emphasize this enough, choose a different company! I have never completed one of these before. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Jake is a true asset to your organization! He is extremely knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions we had. Sam came along for the install and you all have another good one in the apprenticeship program. I would highly recommend them to other customers and would welcome them in our home, anytime we need service. As a Branch Manager for a large enterprise, I strive for my specialists to provide the same kind of service and quality work that was completed at our home. Kudos to Jake, Sam, and Plumbline for such a great experience!

The service was 5 Star from the initial contact to the finished installation of the EcoWater softener and Reverse Osmosis systems. Also from the presentation of the sales person, Bryan. Plumbline notified me via text and email of the time I should expect their team to arrive. Both the water filter installers, Jonathan and Roman, as well as the electrical tech, Joseph, sent me a text message announcing themselves which not only included their names but also a photo! It is super comforting to know in advance who I should expect to arrive to perform the work. The whole team did a fabulous job not only with the installation but also inclining up after themselves. They left the area as clean or cleaner than it was. The team also did a great job in soliciting my opinion and choice of where to install the systems and offering several options with pros and cons so that I could make the best informed decision. Once all was installed they walked me through everything about the system and what to expect going forward. Kudos to the Plumbline team! Almost forgot... they were the most respectful group of technicians that I have ever encountered! They also made sure to where plastic shoe covers when coming in from the outside, changing them as they went out for more equipment! They even placed plastic covers on the wheels of the dolly and on the handles to make sure they didn't track in anything from the outside! Once again, GREAT JOB PLUMBLINE!
