Thankful for hot water on Thanksgiving Day. Had a water heater go out Wednesday at 4pm preparing for family and friends in the morning. I’ve had a handful of other plumbers come to my house and fail to diagnose my plumbing issue. They cut corners, collected an hour of labor, and failed to resolve the problem. Today I had some guys from Sinclair come out and get the job done. They took the time and had the attention to detail needed to find the root of the issue, and resolve it. I highly recommend calling Sinclair first if you’ve got an issue. They’re pricy, but effective.

Very happy with the visit from Sinclair Plumbing. My technician was great. He listened to me and explained my options completely. I knew up front what my charges were. Of course those charges could have changed if I chose a much more complicated repair. Will definitely call them again for future repairs.

Jeff and his helper instantly found what the problem was and took the steps necessary to fix it and then they made sure to clean up the excess water and told me to leave the fan running and it would help finish drying up the residue water. They were respectful and very knowledgeable of the problem and they fixed it in a very professional way. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their looked at because they will get it done..
