Maybe this company is good if you want something small done. If that's the case, you might be able to DIY. Otherwise look elsewhere. My situation: Toilet clogged, I plunged it and noticed a sewage smell in the basement. No sewage water inside, but the cleanout (access point) was tilted open. We looked in the main line and found one crack with roots, two bellies, and shifts throughout the clay pipe. My experience: The first appraisal appointment did not go too well. Ben came, he was respectful, clear, and happy to clean the line and let me know if he finds anything. Nolan then came to camera the line. He wasn't as happy of a guy. He did try his best to explain things, but he didn't make sense. Not very respectful - walked right in, did not put "footies" on throughout my house. Bumped into my car and yelled "I DIDN'T DO ANY DAMAGE" - I didn't think he did and didn't say anything about it. I called to see if he had notes after doing more research, and he left the company. Another plumber came out to get a better picture - Adam and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I expected the estimates to go down - they didn't. He mentioned that a portion of work would be `$12k - high, but reasonable... It ended up being $16k. And to fix all the issues $25k. Overview: 1000sqft home, ~70' of pipe - 30' interior and 40' exterior. Minimal excavation - only relining from inside = $25,000+?? OUTRAGEOUS! I'll go with the quotes, that include new PVC pipe, adding a kitchenette and bathroom rough-in downstairs for $5,000+ less with plumbers my family and coworkers have had much better experience with. Insurance would not cover it since there wasn't a clog present and expected the cost to be $12k as well. - Don't fall for the financing options.

The staff is even better than their radio commercials. Outstandingly professional in every way, and the character of each of their experts is exemplary. We wouldn't call anyone else.

Edward was very thorough and professional. He quickly got to work and fixed our problem. The previous young man who came and fixed our burst pipe was also great! This is the only plumbing company we use anymore and they never let me down. I love that they give you multiple options and price points to choose from.

I don't imagine an experience with any contractor can be as smooth, easy, and honest as ours has been with WyattWorks. I called today, a few hours ago, to discuss a leak from the kitchen sink into the basement. Someone reached out and then set up an inspection within the hour. And I don't mean they called within the hour, I mean someone was at my door (after asking by phone) within 1 hour. Within 2 hours of the initial call the cause was found and options were presented with transparency on need and price points. And within 3 hours the new faucet and additional items were installed and fully operational. No leak. Edward Wright was very intelligent, affable, and patient. He explained things to the degree I could understand with no plumbing knowledge, so I felt good about what he was doing and why. It was a pleasure chatting with him. And for the record, this call was made because we really liked their work and professionalism on a prior project. We wouldn't go elsewhere!

This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home repair. If you are lucky enough to get Jean Thermitus as your service rep, you will not regret it. Highest quality work. Knowledgeable. Professional. Detail oriented. He is truly a professional. From the first call to Wyatt Plumbing, talking to the Customer Service representative was even a great experience. She understood the problem and was able to explain fully what I should expect. And those expectations were exceeded. Thank you Wyatt!!!

I like that Wyatt Works does an overview of all of your plumbing in the house when they come to fix something. This last visit Jean came and did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done and my options. He made sure I understood everything and answered my questions. He educates you along the way so you understand how it all works. Their staff has always been kind and respectful.
