Recently Brooks Plumbing changed my old septic system over to the newer sewer treatment system. Jonathan, Jeremiah and Matt did an awesome job. They are polite, knowledgeable and very professional. Most of the other estimates that I received said that they would have to tear down part of my porch in order to do the job. Brooks did not have to tear down anything and did a great change out. If you are looking for professional work and a reasonable price I highly recommend Brooks! Also thank you to Melissa in the office for the professionalism and the patience over the phone.

Awesome people and company! Easy to talk with, and actually care about what’s going on with your repair need. Brooks has completed multiple large scale projects, and smaller jobs for us since we purchased a new home on the Northshore in 2019. I will never trust or call another company full stop. I have also called Brooks panicked and stressed by a plumbing emergency, and Melissa at the office of Brooks Plumbing has always come to my immediate rescue. Her team shows up FAST! Almost instantly! I trust the quoted price I’m given. I trust the work performed, and products they use. The guys at Brooks Plumbing are professional, skilled and helpful. Called Brooks Plumbing because I was having issues with my older homes sewer line. They were able to get to my home quickly and identify the issue, Jonathan and Matt are great. They were also extremely professional and were able to get the lines dug out and repaired quickly. I highly recommend them.
