I called James plumbing to check on a leak in my bathroom. My house is raised and to be thorough, he looked under the house for any additional areas that needed repair. I told him anything that was leaking needed to be repaired for my bathroom remediation. The next day, he came to repair the leaks. Before he left, he wanted to make sure everything was running okay and seemed concerned about the hot water. It felt fine to me at the time. After they left, I went outside and saw that he capped a line I had mentioned for a later project and left trash all under the house. The night went on and the hot water was not hot and had almost no pressure. I called on Monday and James plumbing was full of excuses: it was the city (to contact the city because they didn’t want to charge me a house call). Then, it was probably sediment in the pipes because the house is old. I had another plumber come out. He said all sorts of things were capped off. Turns out, the water going to the water heater was capped. So, no water going in and none coming to the faucets. When presented with this information, he said that he just capped off what I told him. I’m not a plumber, I trusted him to do the right thing. Not once did he entertain that he could have made a mistake. He would only come to check if he was paid again. He charged $450 and I had another service come to fix it for $900.

I had to have the entire plumbing replaced. A massive undertaking in my mind, I was anxious about the cost and the job itself. But James came in with a good estimate and his crew worked almost everyday, including Saturday, to complete the job in under a week. They prepped the house to keep it as clean as possible and were easy to communicate with.

James and his team were incredible! These guys were very professional and made us feel comfortable with the extensive process of fixing our plumbing which included tunneling under the house. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who has issues !

Had a plumbing issue on a Saturday night(of course) We called three plumbers that listed themselves as 24/7 and the only company that called back was James Plumbing. Scott came out and was awesome! He explained what he believed was happening and fixed it. While no one likes to pay after hour pricing I believe the pricing was fair. Scott stayed and made sure the repair was complete and the problem was solved! Thanks Scott and James Plumbing! You now have some new customers!!!

James and his team did an incredible job at my house! This was a very intense and stressful plumbing issue that occurred at our house. Our entire sewage line underneath our house was corroded and needed immediate repair. My fiancé and I were worried about this horrible issue being we have a 14 months old and not to mention the scope of the job. We called James and he came out right away . Gave us a long and extensive assessment of all the damage. He put our stress to ease, by explaining a very quality game plan and walked us through step by step. He made sure the safety of our house was priority and my family! He also offered financial plans being these type of jobs can be very expensive. His professional and friendly crew executed the job in a very timely manner, and the work was done top notch. They left the house cleaner then when they came as well. James and his crew went the extra mile on things that weren’t exactly in the scope of the job. Without saying a word!! Me and my fiancé would highly recommend James to any family and friends!!

James was referred to us by a friend of ours. Before I called, I read his Google reviews. Even though I trusted our friend, I wanted more proof. There is a reason why he has so many 5-star reviews - this guy is good. He repaired a leak to an outdoor faucet. He showed up when he said he would. More importantly, he is a perfectionist. Highly recommend!

James Plumbing was awesome. They fixed my toilet and then fixed the water pressure issue. He even provided with an appliance guy to call for my dishwasher repair. I highly reco.mend the company.
