Absolutely an incredible experience! Adam and Brian replaced the kitchen sink valves and installed new ones + a stop valve for the dishwasher. AND, as well a new very cute water softener and all new pipes downstairs. They could not have been more professional and courteous, as well as keeping me informed of what they were doing and why throughout the day. It was a great experience all around and very thoughtfully priced too. Can't wait to have them back out to replace the bath fixtures.

We have had the pleasure of working with TJK Plumbing for our water softener and water heater. When it came time to install a laundry tub my only call was to TJK Plumbing. JP was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came up with the solution for a problem with an overhead cabinet and even assisted my husband to remove it. TJK Plumbing is amazing! I called them on Saturday with a somewhat complicated sink replacement in our bathroom, and they had Josh S out here today to get it taken care of. Josh was knowledgeable, preparing me a number of pricing options for the work that needed to be done. He completed the installation and was able to salvage tiles the previous sink was epoxied to with very minimal damage. I was extremely impressed by this workmanship. His communication and expectation setting were great, and I would request Josh every time I call TJK in the future. I would recommend using TJK Plumbing and Josh S to anyone who has a plumbing issue/repair that needs expert attention!

We had a pipe start spewing water in our furnace room; after attempting to fix ourselves, we ended up shutting off the water and calling TJK...we had read their reviews which were for the most part stellar. One thing we appreciated was how quickly they got out here that day to address the problem. The technician was Matt and he was very friendly and upfront; easy to work with. He gave us several options to consider. We have only lived in the Twin Cities for 4+ yrs and are getting "used to" the pricing here compared to living in smaller communities. That being said, the cost did seem a little high for what was done. We would rate them higher were it not for that. I would guess the pipe replaced was about 3 ft long; maybe a new valve or two??? Perhaps 2+ hrs? We just don't know what exactly was involved with the work done so hard to access that. We were pleased with the promptness, the quality of work, the attitude of Matt...we would consider them again, but we might first check with a few other options as to what that cost might have been.

I was very pleased with my overall experience using TJK plumbing. I had Josh S. come out to take a look at installing a battery backup sump pump, as well as replacing the shutoff valve for an exterior faucet. After taking a look, he also quoted to optionally replace the primary pump and the exterior faucet itself. I'm glad he did, in retrospect it seemed like a good idea to do so given their age and it was nice to take care of everything all at once. He came prepared with the tools to install everything the same day he quoted. The work looks great, and he was meticulous in cleaning up the work area and being respectful to my home (also giving my cat some much needed petting :)). He was very friendly. I also appreciated he took the time to run me through the installed systems, so I knew how to winterize them correctly in the fall. I mentioned the exterior adapter for my sump pump line was also super shady, so he ended up replacing that for me as well. Price is probably a bit on the higher end (which is expected/in line for marketed companies), but still fair that you know you're not getting ripped off like some small places might occasionally try. And the work comes warrantied too. He spent like 7-8 hours working on everything, with most of the work being done in a crawl space, so overall I was happy with the price for the amount of work performed. Will plan to use them again!

We were very happy with the ease of making an appointment right away, the quality of service including a clear explanation of the work to be done, options, and cost. We highly recommend TJK Plumbing. They came out and replaced our water heater. Brad was very knowledgeable and explained our options and the services they provide. He did fast work and was very professional. We will definitely use them again next n the future.
