Highly recommend Bunch! My A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and the forecast for the weekend was going to 90s plus! I needed to have my air asap. Bunch was the only one that was available to come out right away. Workers were very friendly and gave great customer service. First time using Bunch but I am now going to be a returning customer. The price was great too! Thank you again so much for being there for me!
Thank you Dave for calling me and helping me figure out the problem with the water heater. Even though it was a simple fix, I did not know where to start and Dave walked me thru the process of relighting may pilot light.
Was amazed and thankful that the Bunch team serviced our no AC call same day. Tech explained the repair well and felt the price was more than fair. Great experience from phone call with the office to service with Dave.
Always a pleasure to work with! Dave has been so funny and great to work with here in Cedar Rapids
