Alex did an excellent job replacing my water heater. He came over on a weekend, got everything fixed quickly, and was extremely professional throughout the process. Alex and his team should be your absolute go-to plumber if you live in the Charlotte area. We recently undertook an entire repiping of our home (3 full bath), and Direct Service Plumbing took care of the whole process end to end. The planning was thorough, Alex helpfully came out to ask and answer questions before we signed on. We had some lag time between our estimate and committing to the project, but the team had no issues working with us as soon as we were ready. Alex worked with us to ensure we got a fair price as repiping can get expensive, and he and his team were very gracious to come back and tweak a few things after the project was completed. The team members themselves are true gentlemen. Extremely polite and communicative with turning water on/off or working around the house. My wife noted they are some of the most considerate contractors we have ever worked with. The project took less than a week, and that was due to the guys' strong work ethic and volunteering to work late to help see us through. There were very few surprises along the way and we managed to keep this project in budget. I was worried about such a large undertaking and the risks involved, but for residential repiping you're in good hands with Direct Service Plumbing (and for any other plumbing needs).

Mike was awesome. Came out and immediately found the issue with the PRV. Got it replaced at a very reasonable price. He dug up near the meter and got everything squared away. Water PSI went from 15 to 70-75. Very very happy.

I was referred to DPS LLC and extremely satisfied with their installation of my water heater. They scheduled me the next business day, navigated the logistic of condo Assoc, provided evidence of insurance, performed the work expertly, cleanly and timely. Staff were polite, they worked diligently, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. The water heater was wiped down along with all fitting putty. I highly recommend DPS LLC.
