Called the company due to a broken hot water heater, and they came out the next day and installed a new tankless water heater. Communication from both the office and the field team was excellent. Sean and Paul were great and very professional. They showed up on time (notified me in advance of their arrival) and the installation went smoothly. I will continue to work with them, and I highly recommend them.

Just had a tankless water heater installed. They were very responsive from the initial inquiry. Chip came out and gave me an estimate, he was informative and educated me on the product. Once I made my decision, I was able to schedule an install within a week. Installation day, Sean and Paul arrived right on time and were very professional and did a great job. Sean kept me up to date on the progress throughout the day. Even the timing with the electrician worked perfect. Kudos to Seven Hills Electric on swapping the outlet.

Had an issue with my water heater, and Jonathan Miller & Anthony Dill were assigned to check it out. They were professional and knew what was going to be required right away. They made the repairs, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was correct, clean and back in order. These guys were great!

Sales and Installation Crew were FANTASTIC! The install Crew was very flexible and creative in developing an alternative routing electrical and gas service for our new tankless hot water system. Sales tech provided the all options and suggested the most appropriate system which was less expensive than the model I initially wanted to buy.

I had requested Homedepot for a HVAC quote for AC repair and installation and they sent a guy from this company and asked him to provide quote, instead of that he need to look into AC to provide estimation and then charged me for inspection even though I was telling him the actual problem. Their price is too high, when I requested them to reconsider their price as I am already aware of the problem and need quote on solution.
