Jon was very professional, efficient and knew his stuff. He diagnosed our problem and replaced the toilet very speedy. Cleaned up after himself. We will definitely use them again when needed and will tell others to use them as well! Very satisfied!

I appreciated him putting on shoe booties when he entered my home. He was very polite, gave me a quote, left to get the supplies and returned in a timely manner. I hired Oceanus for help with a leaking hot water tank and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Mike called me right away, was incredibly kind and patient, and took the time to fully understand the issue while working around my schedule and was never pushy, just helpful. Jon came out as soon as he could and was just as kind (my dogs absolutely loved him too lol). He explained everything clearly, took the time to find the root cause (which ended up solving other issues I didn’t even realize were connected), and even fixed a small gas leak he discovered no questions asked. His work was clean, thorough, and everything is running so perfectly now. This is a genuinely good company. Very kind, professional, and worth every penny. So glad I found them and have a go-to for any future needs. 10/10 Highly recommend!
