We had our water heater replaced recently, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Cameron provided exceptional service—he was incredibly easy to talk to, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. The price was very reasonable, especially given the quality of the work. Installation was prompt, professional, and done right the first time. As new homeowners, we are also trying to find our "go-to" people for various home maintenance/repair services- and The Plumbing Dr. is officially on our list! Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable service and great customer care! We’re extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Excellent service and communication. I found them through my home warranty company and I can’t recommend them enough. They called to ask if they could come early and I was home so I said yes, and I received a text that the plumber was on his way, and when he arrived too. I had a lot of peace of mind leading up to the work. When he arrived he was friendly and kind, and communicated clearly with me. He respected my home and property and explained things in a way I could understand without using jargon I wouldn’t know. I felt like I understood the plumbing issue and solution clearly. He also explained how I could prevent the issue in the future. 10/10 recommend!

I am extremely happy with the work that Cameron and Angel did at my Mobile home. They had to re-pipe the whole house. They did a great job! They cleaned up at the end of each day and you would never have even known that they had been there. They also put in a couple of hose bibs and shower turn offs. Cameron was very quick to return my phone calls and he answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Cameron has done a great job for us more than once. He has been on time, did a great job installing a shut off valve and pressure valve and the cost was close to the estimate. He has been very professional and we will use him again.

Wow! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. A few days ago I left a 2 star review. This company reached out to me personally and asked about my review and how they could fix it. Doing repairs on a house can be frustrating BUT this company took ownership over a miscommunication and came back out ASAP and we got the outcome we wanted. I originally said they were overpriced for basic plumbing BUT when you provide customer service like that you cannot put a price on it. Super friendly, Extremely satisfied and humbled that there are good people just trying to help. I recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Camron and Ryan thank you and I apologize for being a tough customer. You guys are great!!! Original review (no longer applies) Extremely overpriced… and under prepared. I asked to extend my bathtub faucet to a longer 7inch faucet. I was given a quote of 175. When plumbers got here they we dumb founded that they would need to also extended the copper plumbing inside by an inch too. "That will be an extra charge, but I’ll give you a deal." WHAT DEAL!?!? Why would you think there was 7inches of copper in a 4 inch faucet. Knowing you would have to extended the interior copper pipe is basic and should have been included in the estimate. Overall very very basic plumber in an overpriced market.

I am thoroughly impressed with The Plumbing Dr! I received a fair quote and was able to book my project quickly. They were very professional in their communications and friendly reminders about my appointment. We had a special job that required a lot of work and knowledge which was completed on time and with perfect results. I highly recommend The Plumbing Dr! Thank you for the awesome work!
