Called them for service and the lady that answered needs a Valium. She is so hyper it was unreal just trying to get a simple answer. And their cost to come out is $200 for the first hour. That's a bit high.

We called Bienvenu Brothers and they were able to come out quickly and fix our issue. They were very professional and will definitely use them again.

Much thanks to Joe and Kwan from Bienvenu Brothers Plumbing. Gas leak in valve and gas tubing in my dryer. Fixed everything including restarting hot water heater and "properly" reinstalling vent tubing all in about half an hour. Very fair price for all of that.

Bievenue Brothers are my heroes. My wedding band and engagement ring that are hooked together went down the toilet. It was one of those automatic flush toilets with plenty pressure. After a lot of crying, I Regrouped And called them for options. They sent out their guy with a camera after hours and he was able to locate it. After some tricky maneuvers, he was able to get it out. He is my guardian angel. I highly recommend them

My tankless water heater stopped working. Seeing the model and age of the system, the technician guessed at the cause before he opened the cover. So about 30 seconds to diagnose the problem...the circuit board was fried. Unfortunately, not repairable, and to add to the sting... an identical unit servicing the other half of my duplex was already well on its way to burning up and failing at any time. The technician, David, was a total pro... empathetic that I was not planning on replacing two systems...and he did not pressure me into doing anything about it right then and there. The minimal visit fee for the diagnosis would have been more than fair if I had decided to take a few days to shop around. I decided to have him replace both units with new systems he recommended for quality and reliability. I don't think I would have saved much shopping it around, and I am certain I got my money's worth in terms of a quality product and professional install that will stand the test of time.

The techs from this company came and fixed our broken water heater quickly as they can. They were referred by Rob (LCR NOLA- L & A Rd. Metairie, LA). Since they came and fix it, there was no problem with the water heater. But I HIGHLY recommended a suggestion, which is to have all service (scheduling, paying bills/invoice, etc.) to be done online. Now a days things are getting tough and everyone is tending to survive. And also we're working hard to save this world that we're leaving in. With that being said, I want your company to GOPAPERLESS ASAP!

We were in a pinch when our kitchen sink stopped up on a Saturday evening of a HOLIDAY WEEKEND with several out of town guests staying with us.
