Emergency Situation Handled within few hours so you are paying for that convenience. I had a pipe burst in my face, they fixed it. Charged me for four hours of work, technician knowledgeable and the phone staff very courteous and sweet. Negative is the cost four hours of work with materials almost 700$ BUT THEY FIXED SAME DAY!! So I can’t complain but also it’s a lot of money for this job size, other plumbers quoted me less but I wanted to hire neighborhood company. So you weigh your options but if you have water emergency and you want fixed FAST and can cover charge on your credit card this is good option.

Angel did an amazing job installing the new toilet for the master bathroom. He arrived with good kind energy and a professional demeanor. He even greeted the family dog. He was very careful and respectful in my home: putting on shoe covers before entering the front door and laying plastic down on the floors where needed to ensure a clean damage free space. He removed the old toilet quickly and replaced it for the new one with ease. I felt confident and relaxed that I could focus on work while he completed the job. When he was done the bathroom was left spotless. He made it look easy -and I’m sure it is not. I was very impressed. One of the best home service experiences I’ve had. Thank you, Angel!

I had an excellent experience with Angel the plumber! He did an outstanding job replacing the fixtures in my bathroom. He was professional, punctual, and really attentive to detail. The work was top-notch, and he made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. Avoid at all costs. A bunch of scam artists. Okay, the service they did was no problem but they make every effort to overcharge you. I made an appointment and asked how much, and was told that $170 per hour. I double-confirmed that this charge starts the time they walk thru my door, and they said yes. On the day of, however, a guy calls at noon saying he arrived and is looking for parking. He completely disappears for an entire hour, and suddenly calls me that he is coming up. At this point, it was 13:00. He inspects the problem, and asks to go back to his car to get stuff (which is "parked a block away). And he disappears for another 30 minutes. When he finally came back, the work itself took 5 minutes. However, he said he will charge for 2 hours, plus the parking fee of $30. I said I will not pay for a guy "looking for parking" for a whole hour, especially because I was told the charge starts from the time the guy is in my place. The company still went ahead and charged me $479 to change a valve on a water heater that took 5 minutes to complete. I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card, and won't let them bully me like this. If you want to avoid a situation like this, please do not use them in the first place.

Angel came to repair a few items in our home. He was professional and his work was great! He solved a plumbing problem we had. His work was meticulous! He kept his work space clean and he works in a time effective manner.
