I highly recommend John Mohr Corp Plumbing. John was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. He showed up on time, explained the work step by step, and completed everything efficiently and neatly. The quality of the job was excellent, and he left the area clean. It’s hard to find trustworthy plumbers, but John Mohr Corp exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be using their services again!

He did more than needed and then ghosted me. The job was to remove one connector pipe between two solar water heater panels so our roofer could do some work in the area. Mr. Mohr removed one whole panel and two connector pipes unnecessarily. The when I called him to come back to replace the parts he failed to show up TWICE when he said he would be out. I had to get another plumber to replace the parts. Also, he never responded to several phone messages. I caught him in person once. Luckily I found another plumber who is very good.

Beware!!! I hired him to fix a gasket in our master bath toilet, which is in the very back of the house. He did the job fine, but in the process, he spilled a substance on the floor from the front door all the way through 5 rooms to the back of the house. Whatever it was, it left permanent purple marks on all the floors. Initially, he said that he would come back to clean it, but then ghosted us and didn't respond to four messages. I ended up having to replace the tile throughout the entire house out of my pocket. Very unprofessional!!!

Our plumber was Juan and my family and I were very grateful after reading all of his prior GOOD reviews. He responded promptly in the morning (8am) when we called and asked for a quote for our toilet that leaked from the night before. Then we also added that we had another toilet that had a leak as well but we had prolonged fixing it due to the pandemic and prior lockdown requirements. He said he'd arrive in the afternoon and we voiced our concerns about him having PPE and he reassured us that he would have them. He arrived in the afternoon (3:45pm) and actually notified us when he was on the way (as we had asked so that we'd know when to expect him). Juan was nice and good-natured when he arrived and introduced himself. He also wore his mask and SHOE COVERS! We were happy so our upstairs carpets would not get dirty throughout the repairs. He got right to work one the first toilet and then the second. He was quiet, polite, and efficient. Juan finished in about 1 HOUR and some change (record time in my opinion ). We were able to ask questions and he was patient and then we tested both toilets (multiple times to ensure the leaks were taken care of) and then he was DONE! We got the invoice and paid by check and then also double checked that if there were any future issues if the jobs had a warranty. He said and that if there was a problem to call him back. My family and I haven't been this satisfied with a plumber and customer service in over a decade! We're happy and appreciative that during these uncertain times there are still individuals and businesses that are willing to work with their customers. 5 STARS! We recommend Juan and Mohr Corp. Plumbing.

This is my second time using Juan and I would still recommend his services to others. Their are people who've done a certain profession for quite some time and they don't like their work like they use to. In-turn they become lazy, unreliable and not as good as they once were but not Juan. He's punctual, efficient and takes pride in his work. I will definitely be using him again for any plumbing issues that may arise in the near future.

I reached out to Mohr Corp plumbing yesterday (through the Yelp app). Juan responded immediately and told me he could be here this morning at around 11am. He actually got here a little bit earlier. I was terrified at the thought that the issue was an underground leak, and it would cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. Juan found the leak, and it was due to a faulty sprinkler system valve. He fixed the issue quickly, and potentially saved me a lot of money had I dealt with another company that wasn't as honest! Thank you Juan!

I had my sewer back up into the lower level of my house so i called Mohr plumbing and the owner came out in less than 2 hours. He gave me a few options / prices that were very reasonable and had everything fixed less than an hour later. I can't thank him enough for making my issue his priority. I will definitely be using his company again if needed.
