Called to make a service call appointment…. Told them my heating element was out …. They came took off back of dryer and and said yup heating element is broken needs replaced….400 dollars to replace it….. found the part for 50 bucks on line so I said thank you leave it as is …….. so mind u i live a few miles from their shop…. 20 min of there time and both guys barely spoke English ……. They said it was 95 dollar service fee…. No talk over the phone of fee……. So I gave them 100 dollar bill ….he said ….. no change……….be warned they are GREEDY!

I’ve had issues with multiple appliances and this company has been fantastic. Very knowledgeable, they keep you updated every step of the way. Fair pricing as well. I’d highly recommend them for any of your issues.

We had been waiting for parts for my washing machine for 6 weeks from a different company. M & M came out and had it fixed in less than an hour. While they were here, I explained that my AC wasn't working and we were waiting for the repair appointment. He told me he could fix the AC also and had it up and running in an hour. I was so thankful! Juan and Junior were very kind and respectful. We will definitely be using M&M from here on out.

Called them in the morning when my washer stopped draining the night before, suspected it was the drain pump. They were able to get Juan out that same day and he confirmed that it was the drain pump, and immediately replaced it. Impressed with the responsiveness and speed of getting someone out and getting it fixed, already having the part on hand.

I have been using M&M appliance for all our appliance repairs since 2016! Juan and his team are honest, dependable and very fast! I have been having issues with my washer and they were able to come out the same day I called. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got me up and washing clothes again! I loved our experience with them! They came in to fix our washing machine and noticed our ac was broken so they also tackled that along with an old fridge we had that we couldn't get to run! This company goes above and beyond for their customers I highly recommend them!

M&M was awesome! I called at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon, and they were able to come out, diagnose the problem, and fix my washing machine by 5 that same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an appliance fix.
