Raps Plumbing & Heating

Recently I had and issue with my natural gas furnace. I called Raps Plumbing and Heating at around noon. Service Tech. Joe M. arrived at the house in only about two hours -- impressive. Joe was well qualified to diagnose my problem and quickly set out to correct it. He was polite. professional and thorough. He even happily answered some general questions I had about my systems operation in other parts of the house. I would have no reservation in recommending Raps, and Joe specifically, for any future heating issues that may arise.

I had a great experience with Raps. They were quick to come out and assess the issue, quick to do the repair, and the price was very reasonable. Marc is a true professional, did a thorough and careful job, and explained the work to me (which I always really appreciate). In a world too full of questionable companies, I would definitely hire Raps again and will be requesting Marc next time too!

The plumbers did a toilet removal and replacement. They were very polite and knowledgeable. Arrived within the noted time from the dispatcher. They did the entire job including clean-up in about ninety minutes. An unexpected bonus was they removed the old toilet from the premises for disposable, including the large box it came in. Extremely satisfied.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is the second time for two different reasons (leak search and laundry valve replacement) that I've called Raps. Both times they were excellent! Highly recommend Marc!

I'm adjusting my review from 3 stars to 5 after what I think is exceptional customer service recovery from Raps. The Tech, Matt, and his apprentice were very kind and considerate of my situation when they arrived and gave a quick assessment. Taking into consideration how complex and expensive the job could be, Matt recommended another company that specializes in a less costly fix that was better suited for how difficult it was going to be to access the leak. More impressive than that, there was a miscommunication during the billing and I was extremely grateful and appreciative of Paul for taking the time to listen to my request for a partial refund. While they were not able to help me this time, this experience has given me trust in Raps as a respectable and courteous business that values its customers. I will certainly contact Raps for any future plumbing issues.

I had an emergency on Saturday. Water heater went out. I called RAPS. Spoke to Chris. He got Marc to my house in less than 2 hours. Marc was great. Communicated with me about how he would fix the problem. He fixed the problem and I had hot water by 4 pm on Saturday. Great job guys!

Matt and Joe were excellent!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. They installed my new water heater quickly . I called Raps in the morning when I first noticed my water heater leaking and they replaced It. They showed up at 10 AM and were done by 1 pm. They’re the ones to call when you have an emergency like I had. They even checked a leaky faucet for me while they were here. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing or heating job.
