I lucked out getting Xerxes to help with my plumbing issues. His communication was excellent, he always showed up on time, and his clean up skills were top notch. He does very good work. When the inspector saw the finished job, he was impressed. Everything was done correctly and inspector noted the excellent insulation work and attention to detail. All around 5-star service. Mark Blakely was great!! On time, very friendly, and took extra time to make sure the new water heater was functioning correctly. From the time I noticed the leak to the install of a new water heater, it was less than 48 hours. My options were explained well, and I especially like that the warranty includes yearly flushing and check-up. I’ve been very happy with 3 Mountains Plumbing for my aging home’s plumbing needs.

Xerxes has worked magic, turning our plumbing crisis into an opportunity for improvement. He has managed to solve our financing problems, which, for a couple of retirees on a fixed income, is a Godsend!. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Xerxes. Your momma would be proud of you! Wish I had gotten pictures of the piles of rusted, fractured, split and perforated cast iron pipes they pulled out from underneath the house. 3Mountains sent out a crew of GENTLEMEN who completely re-piped our place in only 4 days. Jason, Seth, Misha, Saul and Don worked their backsides off and left everything a bit neater than when they began. I include a picture of my bathroom where the toilet used to be and of our cat who is pouting because I won't let him explore the interesting new holes. And whoever that guy running the backhoe was, you sir are an artist and a hero. He put in a full 8 hours, then another two to make sure we had functioning toilets. And then he stayed on to fill in the hole in the street. I'm really pleased with Three Mountains!

Had to get new outlets done today. One for the stove and one outside for our patio area. Worked with Lauren Ellis today. Great customer service, very knowledgeable journeyman and the work was done with professionalism and close attention to detail. I'm definitely going to request Lauren for all home electrical and lighting projects in the future.

Xerxes did an awesome job of bringing our kitchen drain back to life. The original galvanized pipes finally rusted through, pouring water into our basement. Xerxes took the time to handle all my questions and explained all the different variables at play. Over 75 years and several remodels, this house had a lot going on. He was able to clean away the old patched together Frankenstein-system and left one clean line, in one day’s work. There’s more to do, but I didn’t feel like he was upselling. Just explaining the whole scope of the work.

Chloe was very personable and was enjoyable to work with! It was nice to work with a woman technician! Nicholas was great! Came in and snaked both tubs so now they drain well! Thank you Nicholas!! Brad and Josh did a great job installing two smart toilets with all the bells and whistles! Josh did the electrical and Brad did the install on two different days. They both explained everything that needed to be done and kept me updated throughout their visit. Very professional and spent the time to do the job right! Thank you to Josh and Brad for the new toilets!!
