We’ve used Standard Heating for over 30 years. They’ve consistently provided exceptional service and products since we built our home in 1988. Our furnace stopped working and Jason did an excellent job getting us back up and running. Jason has rock solid technical skills and top notch troubleshooting knowledge. It was a pleasure having him at our home. Very responsive, knowledgeable and personal. Over the top integrity and work ethic. Standard Heating was also quite a bit lower cost than another heating company we spoke with. Thank you!!

Had a new furnace installed today by standard heating and air conditioning. The Installers: Tovah & Nick and all others involved were great. Great customer service. Quality is excellent. Cleaned up after themselves. Install took about 4 to 5 hours. Which was what was was expected. Very smooth process from the beginning to the end. Paul who came in and gave the estimation was wonderful. Very happy with my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Pricing is of average cost and to be expected. Thanks standard heating and air conditioning for your help today. We are well set for the winter.

We had Standard Heating and Air come out to our house for a tune up on our furnace. Avery, the technician that came to our house, was very efficient and extremely knowledgeable. We paid a fair price for the service we received and were informed of future services that may be of benefit to our furnace without a hard sales pitch. I am very pleased with the service we received. I would definitely recommend Standard Heating & Air.

We had a tune up on our boiler last fall and the technician left one of the burners off of its orifice causing approximately 17,500 BTUS of natural gas leaking into our house every time the boiler turned on. We had no idea until we had Centerpoint Energy come out due to starting to smell gas, and I watched centerpoint take off the face of the boiler to see the detached burner. The only way for that to have been detached was by physically pushing it off. If we wouldn’t have caught this, we potentially could have died from the leak itself or a boiler explosion. On a lesser catastrophic note, I can imagine how this increased our gas bill. Do not recommend Standard Heating and Cooling.

Excellent communication and professional service. The Smart Club plan is a great deal, which covers an annual tune up. The warranty on parts covered an AC fuse that blew during the recent storms. Technicians are great with pets. Schedules are on top of their game. Once a date was selected, I was given a two hour window at the beginning of the business day. The technician also called 30 minutes prior to their arrival and it was like clockwork. The technician confirmed today's issue in a quick minute and the part was replaced in the same breath. Thanks team!

I had a great experience with Standard Heating & Air Conditioning for my recent AC installation. From initial co sultation to the final setup. They were efficient and professional. Brandon arrived on time, he was courteous, and professional and took the time to explain what he was going to do and answer all my questions. He worked diligently and made sure the installation was done properly and neatly. He had all in place and ready for the electrician, who also was courteous and professional and also took the time to answer my questions.Their customer service was outstanding. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled with furnaces. Our empire furnace has been nothing but trouble and we have had multiple technicians out to try and get it started and he went above and beyond and ultimately got it started! Highly recommend Standard Air and heating and specifically, Alex!
