Cole Plumbing

I can't speak on services rendered because I have not actually hired them to do anything, but Mr Cole saw me looking at plumbing supplies at Home Depot and asked if he could help. He sat there on his personal time and helped me for about 25 minutes. From that experience I would have to believe that their company provides amazing service.

Horrible service. Very disrespectful. I'm a truck driver and away at times. Austin came in my home after having an argument with someone on his phone. He disrespected my wife and kids when she only asked a question about the service which was not performed because his equipment did not work. My wife call me very upset which upset me. I called their office and the ladies in the office gave a response that said we were the problem and made it clear that Austin would not encounter any disciplinary action. We had another guy come out to confirm no work was done. Just a man wrapped up in emotional dysfunction that wouldn't mind taking it out on your wife and children. If you want to catch a charge and possibly do prison time then call cole plumbing if not stay far away. If I could I would leave a negative 100 star but that isn't a choice. Watch and be careful who you allow in your home.

Greetings, I am not one to leave a review but I feel I would be doing a great disservice to not warn my fellow humans of the horrific service and representation that Coles Plumbing provided me. Firstly, Coles Plumbing was called out to where I rent by my landlord . There was leakage from the drain associated with the AC unit. A man by the name Austin arrived at my home( he did not provide his name but I inquired after he entered my home in a very rude, and unprofessional deminor after a heated conversation he had on the phone outside concerning what was interrupted by my neighbor as an issue on a previous job) nevertheless he proceeded to investigate what the issue was. I was waiting for him to set up so I can ask a few questions when he realized his machine didn't work I inquired how the drain was going to assist in my AC functioning because I'm a women and not sure how it was all connected. This dude proceeds to literally begin to raise his voice unnecessarily telling me he wasn't HVAC I politely asked him if he could lower his voice due to my four children being present and all of us just flabbergasted at how aggressive and unprofessional he was being because of a question I stated I was just asking because I was worried about the fact if it would be resolved today being that my air thermostat was reading 78 at the time and this guy starts yelling I need to be concerned about the floors being ruined and stands up shouting at me to the point I said I need to call my husband and directed my child to dial 911 I told this guy to get out of my home immediately. I was shaking and completely confused why he had responded so violently and aggressively to my polite questions. It was as if this guy was having a mental breakdown and my questions was his breaking point. So after that twilight episode I called Cole's with my husband to let them know what had happened. Janette was a complete disappointment it was very clear through her response she was implying that my encounter was questionable and she hate I felt the way I did. It was like a bad sitcom. I am a renter I have no gain to lie on a man trying to make a living but the guy they sent out was active shooter crazy Heather was also a rep I spoke with and I felt she was more sincere and concerned with why a grown man would come to a home and behave so aggressive and potentially violent where only a mom and children are. But Janette shame on you. Austin shame on you. I do not know either of you from a can of paint but I will say judging by these comments I'm not the only one that thinks you all have questionable character traits . To Cole's plumbing please investigate this situation because what I encountered from Austin was nothing short of unstable and unfit to be in the homes of families. BEWARE

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the dispatcher, Janette. I called to ask for a simple ETA on a plumbing job that was already scheduled, and she refused to give me any helpful information or even basic courtesy, she abruptly hung up on me when I asked for her name. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from someone representing a service company and providing "customer support". I understand things can get busy, but basic respect and communication should never be too much to ask. I’ll be thinking twice before using this service again.

Cole plb is rip off, waited 2 days to get sumbody out technician was great, walked n replaced a $1 washer on spray nozzle took him 10 minutes, but management made him charge for whole hour labor @ $333 a hour, when talked to manager his response was that I needed to get n plumbing business

Very overpriced. Came a day late and charged almost $500 to snake a drain. I wished they would have told me how much it was going to be before completing. I know I could have had it done for half that price. Took them about 30 minutes.
