Pittsburgh’s Best Plumbing HVAC recently changed out our hot water heater. Tim and Drew arrived on time and dressed professionally! The installation went great. I asked them if they had time to look at something in my bathtub, which they fixed in two minutes! Absolutely a great experience! I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing / HVAC work. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Plus: they are able to make quick appointments through their relay service and maybe solve simple issues. Minus: They drop off the face of the earth— especially when you call them for an appointment weeks later for complete unit failure that they just serviced.

I called Pittsburgh's Best Plumbing after I discovered water leaking through my ceiling due to a failing shower valve. They answered and sent a plumber out right away. The plumber replaced the shower valve, made sure that everything was in working order, and left the areas where he worked clean and tidy. The price was very fair and reasonable. The owners are honest, reliable, and friendly. Pittsburgh's Best Plumbing is the only plumber I will call!
