Nick and his helper Jimmy were great! They found a leak that 4 other plumbers hadn’t found. They were very methodical and professional. I’d definitely call only Impact again.

I contacted Nick at Impact Plumbing to address a leak that was affecting the kitchen ceiling on the first floor. Nick was thorough in his approach, taking the time needed to precisely locate the source of the leak. He was meticulous, carefully removing the damaged portion of the roof and ensuring the area was left clean and neatly cut. Once he identified the leak in the upstairs restroom, he replaced the faulty valves with high-quality parts. The craftsmanship was excellent, and Nick maintained clear communication throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way. His pricing was reasonable, with no hidden costs—everything was transparent and honest. Nick clearly takes pride in both his company and his work. I will definitely reach out to him for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend Impact Plumbing for anyone looking for dependable, professional service at a fair price.

I had a hot water pipe leak that could’ve required concrete slab excavation—something I really wanted to avoid. Nick came to my house, assessed the situation, and offered a pipe-in-pipe solution that avoided any major disruption to my home. I had been specifically looking for a company that could offer this type of repair, and I’m so glad I found Nick. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. The job was done neatly and quickly, and everything is working perfectly now. Highly~ highly~ recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I was happy to discover Impact Plumbing when looking for a plumber to move my washer and dryer into the garage. Normally when you call a business, we often get a voicemail telling us to leave a message, so when the owner, Nick, picked up the phone, I was impressed. Both Nick and Kenny were extremely professional when they arrived to complete the task. I can honestly say that I am impressed with the work Impact Plumbing did and would recommend this company to family and friends.
