Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I LEFT A 5 STAR REVIEW AND I TAKE IT BACK! DEAKIN cane to fix my sink was here for a couple hours and everything is worse than before. The sink was clogged clog is gone but they left without finishing their work so what now they have to come back? The sink is falling off the wall. it is leaking and all of the stuff they moved out of the bathroom and where "putting back" FOR AN HOUR is just on the floor in the hall. Fix it! literally holding up the sink with my hand thank god for the piece under the sink covering the pipes. notice the bucket under the sink we had to add because they just left and it is already leaking. not cool.

Riley, Lee and Alex did a phenomenal job at getting us squared away. Riley assessed the problem quickly and let us know what the course of action should be. Once we said go, he, Lee and Alex moved things along in stepwise and predicted fashion. No surprises and a completely thorough job. Really appreciate their professionalism and successful outcome.

Anthony was amazing! He came out quick and was able to determine what was wrong. Then spent most of the morning fixing it. I have a toddler and he was so friendly with him too. The price was great as well.

Tub wouldn't drain, called on a Sunday and Riley came out within a few hours. Super friendly, explained what he was gonna do, had it fixed in no time and cost me way less then expected. Would 100% recommend.

Riley was very kind, knew what he was doing, and rescued us from a bad clog that prevented us from being able to use any of the toilets, showers, etc for over 24hrs. The problem got a little complicated but he was very knowledgeable and figured it out for us. He also came later after hours which was so so appreciated! Would highly highly recommend!

Service level was great - customer service level is excellent. Techs are knowledgeable and patient. Nick and ponz specifically are great. No real complaints so far.. as long as everything keeps flowing, everything is good. Thank you guys for everything!
