I highly recommend Ed Burke Plumbing and Heating! Ed has been our trusted plumber for years. He is prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He’s been incredibly responsive each time I’ve called him and especially when I’ve had emergency issues. He quickly diagnoses the problem, explains everything clearly, and fixes it with no upselling or surprises. He is truly an honest plumber who consistently does excellent work!

Eddie is a very reliable, responsible and a perfectionist at his craft. He is clean, courteous and also very patient and answers all questions and concerns. I wish all home improvement contractors were as honest and had the integrity, work ethic and the home owners best interest in mind as Eddie Burke does. I highly recommended Eddie. Even his helper is amazing. I called him with emergency and within 30 minutes he was at my front door.

Eddie is a GREAT plumber! We have an old, old house (technically a museum) and Eddie showed up on time, assessed the situation perfectly (even when things went wrong!) and FIXED them. He installed two toilets and a sink. The wall that the sink was on was rotten and had to be replaced. He knew what to do, waited while we called in other people, then came back and finished. He worked with the inspectors and all went well. Honest and hardworking. You can't go wrong! Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the work Ed did installing a whole house water filter. He responded to request promptly and installed within a week. He is direct but has a good sense of humor. I would recommend.

My wife and I recently had our water meter upgraded and was told by Suez that our main shutoff valve is too old and the packing nut had a slight leak. Called several plumbers. Eddie was the only one who answered. He showed up the next day and replaced the valve neatly and promptly. If you watch him work, you can tell that he is very, very good at what he does. He also has a delightful sense of humor and is quite fun to be around. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Will definitely use his service again.

After calling countless companies on a Saturday morning I finally came across Mr. Burke. My sleeve unit was dripping into my room. He immediately knew what it was, it was clogged. He was so honest! The first words out of his mouth was that a handyman could fix that and be less expensive than using him. Even though I will take his advice, he called me back so quickly and was so honest that this is a phone number I will keep for future needs.
