C & D Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC

Very nice and knowledgeable service tech who fixed my issues with no problems. He made sure that I understood what he was doing but was quick with the repair. Was friendly with my neighbor and spoke with him also about life in general. Was a great all around experience that will definitely have me using this company again.

The guys did a great job replacing my water heater in the attic. Price was reasonable and within range. They were there the next morning after I called and got it done!

First of all ,I called 5 plumbers today and they were the ONLY that came out today. I really appreciate there service,an the young man was so nice. If I have any plumbing problems in the future , I will call them.

We called C&D Pluming to change the wax on our toilet. Then, I asked the young man if he had time to change the Fill Valve. He was more than happy to help us. The whole job took about 30 minutes. Where if we would have done it ourselves, it would’ve taken my husband and I a lot longer. Clean up after job, Had Parts on truck, Fixed Fill Valve that we hadn’t talked about. C&D Plumbing is a great company and reasonable prices. Plus they came back and did more work in our backyard. We will continue to use C&D Plumbing Company. Thank You Arlene Guidry

Friendly, informative, and easy to work with! Highly recommend!

All I can say was he was an answer to my prayers. My pipes were frozen from the 2025 freeze. The roads was still closed and I found a post on facebook so I asked for help and he called me within minutes. I was shocked because I noticed how many people had no water. He helped me over the phone. I am grateful.

We called on them Because we saw their service trucks in our neighborhood. We needed someone to install a new faucet and shower. They sent a guy out with only helper skills who made a mess of things. The faucette was not even flush against the wall and was spinning!!!! Seriously!!! They sent out another man to fix the mess. It worked for a little while until one the day the faucette fell off while I was bathing!!!! Finally the third time they got it right!!!! However, we realized that the shower was leaking behind the wall. We only realized it when my husband was in the other room while I was showering. The owner refused to send someone back out!!!! He said it was no longer under warranty! I think its been 6 months!!! Its been leaking 6 months and we didnt know!!!! We would not be leaving a bad review, if they were willing to come back out. None of this would have happened if they had sent out a professional the first time around. So disappointing. It is out of my character to leave a bad review and I told him or the telephone receptionist I would. He didnt care.
