Matthew Sanders showed up at my home within 30 minutes of my phone call for a free estimate to install a new hot water tank. Matthew was awesome in every way. By this time in the day, it was already around 3 PM on a Friday afternoon, but he said he could go pick up an AO Smith commercial grade hot water tank and get it installed today. Another plumber I had spoken with earlier said he didn’t have time to go pick up a new hot water tank to install it same day and the earliest this other guy could install a new hot water tank would be on Monday because he doesn’t work weekends. There was a huge, obvious difference between dealing with Matthew Sanders and the other guy. I hadn’t slept the night before because I was emptying buckets of water every couple of hours that was dripping from my hot water tank and the other guy couldn’t help me until Monday? That would have been 3 more nights. Okay, so I kept looking until I found someone who was willing and able to install a new hot water tank right away for me at a reasonable price, and that someone today was Matthew Sanders. We recently had an issue with our furnace, and Preferred Home Services took care of it the very same day. The technicians, Danny and Shawn, were both courteous, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The following week, we met with a Comfort Consultant, Thomas, to discuss options regarding our furnace. He was also extremely knowledgeable, and we truly appreciated his honesty. It was clear he wasn’t just trying to sell us something we didn’t need, and we felt confident in his recommendations. We were especially impressed that the company responded so quickly when we lost heat — it meant a lot to us and showed that our business mattered to them. I would highly recommend Preferred Home Services, especially Danny, Shawn, and Thomas. We felt we were in very good hands from start to finish!

I spoke with dispatcher Lauren who was exceptional in helping me. She was more than willing to get me set up with a technician on a Holiday weekend. Paul my technician was very knowledgeable and thorough with his job. He found the problem with my water pressure , came up with a solution and fixed the pressure tank in the same day. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Preferred Home Services. Top notch professionalism through the whole process. Will definitely be using them for the future and highly recommend.

Joey came out to install our Tesla charger and absolutely knocked it out of the park. He was fast, friendly, and incredibly professional from start to finish. The installation was done quickly and cleanly, and he took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s clear he knows his stuff, and his attention to detail really shows. Highly recommend Joey if you’re looking for top-notch service and a stress-free experience!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and overall amazing results with preferred home services. My plumber Zack was absolutely amazing. He changed the faucets and helped me get my place up to par. Zack took the time to inspect everything he needed and then also installed an additional Water cut off valve. What an amazing experience and what a fantastic technician Zack was and I am truly grateful for him and preferred home services. Thank you so much for such a great job done at my home!!!

My heart went out and they sent a tech same day to fix the issue. I was very impressed with the amount of time my tech took to insure all possible issues had been addressed. She made sure I understood everything and was just all around a pleasure to have come out. I’m glad I called them to help. Very grateful for them

My Preferred Home Services Install Crew went above and beyond expectations by completing the entire repiping job, at my home within a timely manner! Mac and Brian the superstars has my upmost respect and gratitude, for a job well done being very professional.
