Amazing service from start to finish! Contacted George after my bathroom flooded via my home warranty company after another company told me that they couldn’t come assess the house for over a week. George went out of his way to ensure that the problem was assessed and treated day of and gave me peace of mind through every step. I appreciated his transparency throughout the entire process with different potential solutions and was pleasantly surprised that he had my issue resolved within 3 hours of reaching out to him. I had the pleasure working with George today. I inquired about a quote and he responded back with a call within 30 minutes, loved the quick contact of communication. He did go over plans and provided me with pictures that he took and told me I didn't need a valve after all. Got this guy via my home warranty for a leaky bathroom faucet. He got $75 for just the visit. He didn't as much as bend his knees. Don't know what he reported to the warranty company, but he wanted $750 to change the faucet! Does he seem honest to you? After reading his bogus response: I'm about to seek LEGAL COUNSEL! He quoted me $750 out of pocket as it would NOT be covered by my home warranty. I have NO IDEA what he had told them. Faucets break down with time and I have the text where he quoted me the price saved. He added that the drain also needed to be replaced.

I had such a great experience with this plumbing company! They showed up right on time, were super friendly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The job was done quickly, but they still took the time to make sure everything was perfect and cleaned up afterward. Prices were fair, and I felt like they really cared about doing things the right way. I’ll definitely call them again if I ever need plumbing help.

George is amazing! I dont typically write reviews but George is a life saver! I called my warranty company and im lucky that they chose LAPD to do my AC. My AC went out and he was able to help me! Same day! He went above and beyond even if my warranty company was not willing to help. George certainly did. I will be calling LAPD for all the work i need for my house.

Had a home warranty call the guy came out.Stood with hands on his hips turn water on and off. I explain to him what was going on. He told me he’s gonna put his report for the service. I told him so basically, I got out of $100 for you to stand here with your hands on your hips and not check anything The service was a waste of my time so basically he got free money
