Schrader Plumbing LLC

Schrader is a really well organized place. Scheduling service was quick and straight forward. Then I got a call the day of service exactly when they said they would call and gave me the expected time the technician would be here, and Dusty was right on time. I also got a text with his picture and a little story about him which I’m sure puts a lot of people at ease when having someone at their home. Dusty was super professional and personable. The issue I had with my fireplace didn’t end up involving the gas line but Dusty tried everything until he actually found the issue. Even though the issue wasn’t something he would fix he still gave me great advice and since he didn’t actually have to service the gas line he didn’t charge me. I tried to ask again if I could compensate him for his time but he gave me his card and just asked to give him a call if we need something fixing in the future. Definitely using Dusty/Schrader in the future!

Everything about Schrader Plumbing was seamless and professional. Appointment scheduling was easy and their follow up texts and emails were accurate and timely. Our technician Austin showed up as scheduled and completed repairs professionally and even made a run to Lowe’s to get a part. All within the estimate. He also took a Quick Look at another unrelated issue we had with a fireplace gas line while on site. Made a simple assessment, found the problem, and showed us how to manage it in the future. Excellent knowledgeable and professional

I was extremely grateful for the quick response by Schrader Plumbing. I called on the Saturday morning after Thanksgiving at 9:36 a.m. and they were here within 30 minutes. Our plumber, John, looked over everything and determined a price. He gave us an alternate price in case the job was more detailed than originally thought. We accepted, and he and his apprentice got everything unclogged within an hour and a half. Their professionalism and updates was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Schrader plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Chris, the plumber that handled our water heater replacement and gas line repair, was AMAZING!! It was a relief finally getting honesty, punctuality, and transparency with a service. Schrader Plumbing was our first positive experience for home repair in 20+ years. I will absolutely call them again if any additional plumbing issues arise. Thank you!!

I called Schrader Plumbing after my regular plumbing company wasn't available to make it out to unstop our kitchen sink. I wasn't familiar with this plumbing company; however, I saw that they had high reviews and almost 5 stars. I didn't have anything to lose since it was the week of Thanksgiving. I am glad that I did. They were able to come out earlier than expected and address the issue. Very polite and professional. A little pricey, but when you consider that plumbing is a specialized field of work, you pay for their knowledge and skills. Would I recommend this plumbing company?? ABSOLUTELY!

We had a leaking bathtub. Called for an estimate. Eli and his assistant Hunter arrived and were very professional and friendly. They quickly discovered the problem and were upfront about the cost. No hidden fees or surprises. Repairs were affordable. Very happy! No hesitation about who we would use in the future if we have a plumbing need!

Chris was AWESOME! Removed an old kitchen sink / installed a new one. He was here within 24 hours from my initial call. Pricing was great & exactly what I wanted to pay. So happy we FINALLY found a good & reliable company - Schrader Plumbing / Chris Burcham.
