I call Terry Pluming, both of my toilet were backing up with clear water, then you wait seven hrs then water go down,the owner of the company came out do is job and stated your sewer pipes are clear, The owner of the company did not charge me a penny,because it's a septic tank problem, most company would have changed you. I have used Terry's Plumbing many times over the years for repairs and kitchen/bathroom renovation projects. Every time, they have been professional, on time and provided accurate and reasonable estimates of the costs. They always call and let you know when they are on the way and resolve the problem as advertised. On the last call to resolve a clogged sewer line, I got to meet Terry himself (on a Saturday at the normal rate). He took the time to explain what was happening and why. He went above and beyond what he needed to do and to educate me about the plumbing in my older house. I have used other plumbers in the past and felt ripped off. It can be tough to find competent and honest plumbers who know what they are doing. I highly recommend this family owned business.
