I had a tankless water heater installed 12/2023 and had to call them back because the water heater dislodged from the wall it was mounted on and was hanging precariously, only being held by the water and gas lines. We were extremely fortunate that it didn't rip off and rupture the gas line, which could have resulted in great damage or injury. When they originally installed the tankless water heater, wall screws were used to attach the unit to the drywall instead of utilizing unistruts screwed into studs for a more secure and safe install. The office informed me that it would be a brand new install and they would charge $2000, even though it came loose due to their faulty installation. They finally agreed to $1500 but if this was done correctly the first time, I would not have been double charged for installation. I only agreed to have them do the work because I didn't want the unsafe issue and needed to protect my family from possible catastrophic injury. Chris, the technician who performed the reinstall, gets five stars for his professionalism and work, but I will not be recommending this company for any plumbing needs. In fact, you should use someone who values their customers' safety and does quality work. This company does not.

Excellent customer service. Very high quality HVAC installation on time and within budget. Personal Plumbing installed Goodman AC and gas heater. AC condenser installed on a new pad that was locked down & earthquake tip resistant. New 120 V AC switch & new coolant tubing with new pipe insulation. New plenum has an extra condensation trap. Thank you for the great work!

Personal plumbing met and far surpassed my expectations! It was easy scheduling with their team for some non emergent work. David and Adam were extremely prompt, polite, and professional while I peppered them with questions as they worked. They laid out potentials plans to fix our shower issue from lowest cost/quickest repair to the worst case scenario. As a condo owner, I greatly appreciated the transparency! I will continue to use and call Personal plumbing … but hopefully not too often!

My technician Josh came out to my home to replace an old outdated thermostat. I had a new thermostat that I wanted it installed Josh work hard trying to get it to work, but unfortunately, the way our house is wired it would not provide power to it so he came up with a solution of a battery operated thermostat that was brand new. Josh took the time to explain to me everything he was doing. So I personally learned a lot today. So I didn’t have to Be charged for rewiring the whole system. He installed it and everything worked great his professionalism was outstanding. How he spoke about the company and his ethics gave me great confidence and I chose the right company I had another company come out, but will not mention their name and wanted to charge me double what I paid today and did not even take the time to inspect anything just throughout a quote. Before Josh quoted me a price, he did his inspection and then let me know what the charge would be. He confirmed that with his office as well. So I definitely highly recommend them for any kind of heating or plumbing issues you have.

Andrew Barone from personal plumbing in Oceanside is an incredible plumber. He’s extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and cares for his clients. I will 100% be using Andrew in the future for any plumbing needs. I can’t recommend him enough.

Had the main water line leak. The tech that came to give me the initial quote was very friendly. I felt it was a very over priced. The tech said be use they had to dig more around the pipe, he also said it will need about 4-5 ft of pipe. That measurement was way off only needed about 2 ft of pipe but said the price wouldn’t change either way. They said I would have to pay after the job was done. I then called to let them know the company that was working on my home was going to pay for the damage. They took the payers info. Then later plumbing company called me saying they could get started without payment. I asked why if payment wasn’t due until job was done. They said they had to ensure they got paid. I told them to please start that either way I would pay if the company didn’t as I needed running water. Finally they were able to get advance payment and The repair guy came very quickly they didn’t even really dig anything. But they worked quickly and got it fixed. Overall decent plumbing company. Just a little over priced. The did give me a 10% discount for being a veteran.

Two friendly plumbers showed up very soon after I called and they proceeded to inspect the problem and also checked out all the other plumbing fixtures. Shortly after assessing the situation they acquired the necessary parts to do the repair and had it done in short order. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this plumbing company.
