Lance Maxwell Plumbing Jacksonville, Inc.

Max Santiago from Lance Maxwell Plumbing did an excellent job clearing the stoppage in my sink drain. He worked diligently and explained everything clearly to me. He used a camera to show me the build up in my pipe line. I would highly recommend Max and request him to do any of my future services I need in the future. Lance Maxwell Plumbing does excellent work.

I wasn't a google user but I actually created a google account just to leave this positive review. We had quite the mess of VERY clogged dual kitchen sinks. Trust me this was a hard job to work. Max is a unique plumbing contractor who actually shows up on time! He's skilled, effective, and obviously has been in the business a long time. He actually cares about his customers! He showed up the same day as he got our call which is rare around north Florida. I'm happily going to him with all our future plumbing needs. Thanks Max!

I had a great experience with Lance Maxwell plumbing! They scheduled me quickly, showed up on time, and got the job done efficiently. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s not easy finding reliable service these days, but I’ll definitely be using them again if I ever need plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend!

To current and future customers, I was very impressed by the prompt response by Drake’s phone call, the office personnel professionalism, and the technician Max. From inception of call, to visit and diagnosis, they completed the diagnosis within 30 minutes. I was advised of the, more than likely problem. I was given instructions on how to test this issue. I had the pleasure of observing and listening to Max‘s knowledgeable and expertise instruction skills while he taught his young protege. He not only patiently and professionally educated his assistant he also educated me in the process. I would highly recommend Max and his company going forward. Sincerely Teena Taylor
