I recently hired Hooter Hero for some plumbing issues at the Balboa Island Post Office They sent their technician Richardo Montiel, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service! From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. He even took the time to clean up after himself, which I really appreciated. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also offered valuable tips for maintaining the offices plumbing in the future. I highly recommend Hooter Hero to anyone in need of plumbing services. Exceptional work and a fantastic attitude. Job well done Richardo.

The VP of the company personally called me, clearly disappointed, to ask why my husband and I decided to cancel the consultation with the electrician. We had already explained to the electrician why we no longer wanted the service, yet the VP still seemed upset. They mentioned that a discount had been applied since one of my relatives works for the company, but even with the discount, the cost was still beyond our budget. Despite this, we felt pressured to agree to have the electrician stop by for an estimate. I just don’t understand why it was so difficult for them to accept that we had decided not to move forward with the service.

Great job, excellent quality, very fast service for getting the quote, getting the pictures and assessment for my insurance. Very seamless experience and they work with Lowe’s which allow me to have an even easier experience with free financing through My Lowe’s Account. Very well recommended!!!

Omar Muro was very sufficient and quick. The price was pretty different than the add, he understood my dissatisfaction and worked with me.
