Our technician Joe delivered a very thorough diagnosis outside and up in the hot attic and found the issues and explained everything in detail. I had a very pleasant experience with dragonfly mechanical. They sent JT out to assess what was going on with my water heater. He figured it out and educated me, allowing me to make a comfortable, informed decision and whether or not to replace parts, or the water heater. There was absolutely no pressure from JT to sell me a new appliance, and that was such a peace of mind. It actually made me more likely to purchase a new water heater because of how JT handled this call. 1000/10 stars. JT was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We went with Dragonfly after getting a MUCH higher estimate from another local, very large, HVAC company. We had equivalent systems installed and saved thousands of dollars verses the other guys. The service was prompt and Austin addressed all of our questions and concerns in the consultation, ensuring us that while we could "try to make the furnace and AC last" there were some legitimate concerns, making the investment worth the money. Financing is available, which made this possible for us. Not a lot of people have HVAC system money in their pockets these days. We're very happy with the install and looking forward to being nice and cozy in January and cool in July now.

We contacted Dragonfly Mechanical to install a kitchen faucet due to a leak and were given a quote over the phone. A text was sent with a photo letting us know Tim Stanley was on the way. Tim was very personable and very knowledgeable. The faucet replacement was a more involved process than expected but Tim took care of the issues and resolved our leak problems and we paid what was quoted. I would highly recommend Tim and Dragonfly Mechanical. We will use them again.
