Invisible Excavations Plumbing & Drains

We had a trenchless sewer line installed by Invisible Excavations in 2018. Recently we had an issue that required their hydro-jetting service. "Chase" did a great job for us. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable and timely. Also, I.E. stood by their warranty. Very satisfied! Good job guys!

To be forced to pay a fee just to receive an estimate is unreal. Why is it called a free estimate then?!?! So I then asked to be transfered to the finance department for a better response. The call representative insisted on knowing what I needed. So I was clear. "I need a rough guesstimate of the cost for the install of a clean near the street and sewer line pulles to 100ft length! I need this to plan a budget so I can determine a complete number to apply for a loan/budget." It was that simple. The call agent said they can not provide pricing. So much for a so called FREE estimate.

Calling Invisible Excavations, the young ladies in the office were very pleasant & helpful. Whenever we left a message for Phil K, it was relayed to him quickly. The experience my wife & I had with Invisible Excavations & especially with Phil was a very positive one. He was knowledgeable, courteous & honest. His attention to detail & his explanation of our sewer problem was easy to understand. Since the job requires excavating, Phil assured us our yard would be treated as if it were his own. Invisible Excavations is very fortunate to have Phil on the sales team, representing their company.

Princeston Gordon did an excellent job of checking our plumbing and he walked my wife and myself through the problems with our hot water tank. He gave us the options of what to do and he left the decision with us. There was no pressure tactics used to sway our decision. When he arrived he introduced himself and I asked where he wanted to get started. He brought his tools and supplies with him and promptly started. He answered all of our questions without any hesitation and fully explained all of the charges to us. He is an excellent employee and takes pride in his work. He is a great asset to have working for your company.

Princesten Gordon did an amazing job describing the problem with our water heater. He showed us the failed components and talked us through getting replacement parts or get an all new water heater. Working through the unit comparisons made it easy to pick a new water heater and he did not push the most expensive, top of the line unit. He steered us away from the $7,000 plus unit because of all the additional plumping components. Great experience all around.

First, this is the only company I called that could actually come out for the emergency on Saturday. She informed me of the process, cost, and Technician. The arrival time was between 12-4. Princeton was our tech. He arrived on time, introduced himself right away. You dont see that often. He was friendly and customer service skills are amazing. Now onto the issue. He instantly knew the problem and what was going to need to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable. They do need to come back tomorrow to replace everything. Which I figured was going to happen. I would recommend them and make sure you ask for Princesten to be your tech. I will update after install happens.
