Before Roman, I had two other plumbers who didn't show up & I was pretty discouraged. Then my neighbor recommended a handyman/plumber who told me my kitchen & bathroom pipes needed replacing asap. Hes a friend of my neighbor so he's got to be legit, right? Not so fast. He was a Ripoff artist dressed as a plumber. My gut kicked in on Saturday and said be smart. Get quotes which is how I ended up meeting Roman. Roman did a thorough investigation on my pipes and only the bathroom pipes were in need of immediate replacing. Roman showed me the issues via pics and gave me a quote which included his time and materials. Afterwards, he sent me pics of the repairs via WhatsApp. As a female it can be exhausting trying to find honest maintenance people. Roman was a breath of fresh air. Thank God!! Ladies, you know the B.S. we deal with. Hire Roman and tell him the girl in L.A said I could trust you to be thorough. Roman is honest and I hope he always work with conviction. It's rare these days.
