Had the shower fixture replaced, working and looking beautiful in under 1 and half hours! Switched from a manufactured home shower handle to a Moen residential set and couldn't be happier!

James came out within 45 minutes of my emergency call. I had a flood in my laundry room with the kitchen sinks backed up. I had this issue addressed by another company only 6 weeks ago and it was not resolved. James educated me on what was needed to be done for the future and addressed my issue quickly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible service from James and his team! Our water heater decided to start leaking at the worst possible time—right as my mother-in-law flew into town for a visit. Of course! I was dreading dealing with it over the weekend, but James came through in a big way. He was at my house within an hour of my call and had a brand-new water heater installed and running in less than three hours. Fast, efficient, and professional! The pricing was more than fair, especially given the urgency of the situation. But what really set them apart was their dedication to customer service. Two days later, I noticed some water pooling in my laundry room and panicked, thinking it was an issue with the new installation. James came back out at no charge, thoroughly inspected everything, and quickly determined that the leak had nothing to do with the water heater—it was actually coming from my washing machine. He not only diagnosed the problem but also helped me troubleshoot a fix. I can’t recommend James and his team enough. Honest, reliable, and truly go above and beyond. I came home from work and my main line to the street was leaking and backing up- no way this could wait until morning. James was at my house within the hour to diagnose the problem. He used their state of the art camera to show me the mess of roots that had grown into the line. He freed it up enough to get through the night, giving me options for next steps. I had him come back the next day with high power equipment and he was able to 100%clear the line and show me that the integrity of the pipe was still solid. Their prices were so reasonable and everything was spelled out upfront. I’m so grateful for their quick response and wonderful customer service.

Just finished another great experience with All Hours Plumbing. This was the second time they've come through for us with an emergency leak, and both times were on the weekend and in the evenings. Fast response, thorough fix, and great price. Absolutely pleased with this company and the service James provided. Highly recommended!

Contacted Jim to install a water heater. Requested a Bradford which he said he could get and install. After 4 months, had issues with the water heater and after a few days came back out to inspect. Said a couple of the parts went bad and needed to be replaced. Ordered and came back out a few days later with parts and said it would be $400 to replace. Of course I wasn't happy after a 4 month old unit and called the manufacturer and was told labor is covered for 1 year with their contractors. Jim knew this but thought he could just get the going rate for the repair and didn't say anything until I declined the service. He had already started the job and was 10 minutes into it so just left with the heater dismantled. Now the unit is not usable as it was before and I have no hot water for 5-6 days until contractor can come out. Jim will do just about anything for a buck and stated he doesn't do "cheap jobs" and looks for high end customers. Watch your pocket book as he's out for the money and not your satisfaction.

Emergency situation in brand new house with water flooding the master bathroom. Called All Hours Plumbing and James was able to arrive within an hour. He assessed both the inside of the house and external pipe lines and then used both camera and snake to identify large tools, pipe and debris that was obstructing the outside line that ran from the house. His troubleshooting was fast, accurate and efficient. Line was cleared enough to drain most of standing water in the master bathroom. He also called a colleague to come and place dehumidifiers and dry the area as quickly as possible to hopefully prevent permanent damage until the builder and/or insurance can be called today. Really great work and experience!
