These guys charged me over $700 for a 2hr. Job fixing a meterbox leak. After materials it was like $300 a hr. Wow in flagstaff plumbers are around $140 hr. Still looking around for reasonably price plumber . Tech was good though . To bad they overpriced.

I live in a complex that contracts this company for our cooling system. My studio apartment was always in the range of 78-81 on a regular basis (not including when I cooked ). I had two different techs come out three different times without any results. I will say that the first tech did replace old parts and put in new parts, but it didn't rectify the problem. The second tech came out twice and said the problem was fixed, but once again I was having the same issue. These three visits happened in a two week period prior to today July 8,2025. Now today July 8, three other techs came out and spent a lovely evening (4 hours until 11pm) with me correcting the issue, replacing more parts and hopefully getting the job done! I'll post an update if my air is where it should be! Good morning! This is an update to my post from two days ago. Well, I'm still having cooling issues, nothing has changed . I don't blame the techs that have been coming out, I believe that they might have to demolish the whole complex and start over . No hard feelings as far as I'm concerned ☺️.

Been a loyal customer of Diamondback for almost 10 years. Called yesterday for a plumbing issue they worked on, but didn't fix, in May and told me they are not accepting new appointments this summer. Nice. Won't be using them ever again.

A little over 2 years ago, we paid around $9k for a new a/c unit. It had to be repaired a year later and it went out again a week and a half ago. While the unit itself is under warranty, the labor warranty ended at the 2 year mark. We understood, although 2 years seems short for a company to stand by their own work. It took 3 days for a tech to come out. He said he needed someone else to come out and would call us later that day to schedule this. We were never called. At day 6, someone else came out and confirmed what needed fixing. He said he’d get back with us regarding pricing later that day. He also never called. On day 8, someone calls us to collect payment for the techs coming out. We told them we don’t even have our quote yet. This person said he’s working on it "right this second" and will be in touch in 24-48 hours. We are now 9 days without a/c in the middle of Arizona summer without any concrete arrangement to actually rectify the situation. While it’s frustrating that the unit is barely 2 years old, the lack of communication and false promises are extremely unprofessional.

I had a tough experience that turned out to be good. As a new renter there was confusion on my part and I didn’t realize the house was under a septic system. I had some work done to "unclog" the system and technicians came out. At the end of the day the problem wasn’t fixed, there was a high bill, and there was some mixups on the billing. I worked with management and they dealt with my concerns in a professional manner. We were able to come to an agreement and resolve the issue. I don’t think companies get enough credit for handling mixups and tough situations so I wanted to leave this review and say that even if things go unexpectedly, this company will still work with you and I was really grateful for that. I was in a tough spot just after I moved and they helped make it not be unsustainable.

Dyllan and Ryan did a great job and were very professional. I called in the early afternoon and they were able to come out same day. Thank you very much for the great service. I would definitely recommend Diamondback Plumbing to anyone!

Justin and Daniel were the technicians on an A/C replacement at my place today and these gentlemen are absolutely top notch! They were respectful, clean, and just great men. If you're going with this company I cannot recommend requesting these guys enough!
