Simon's Plumbing

I have use Simon Plumbing twice now. Each time was a 5 star experience. Texted video of water leak in backyard thought it was the pool system but Simon found an irrigation plumbing leak that was repaired previously not the right/best way. He used commercial PVC piping this time and better angle. After texting my video he was at my house within a few hours. Complete professional. If you need a plumber in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area call Simon. Owner/operated not PE owned. Also, the pricing was extremely fair both times.

Simon Plumbing OUTSTANDING SERVICE, BEYOND EXPECTED INTEREST IN MY NEEDS, AND THE COST TO ME COULD HAVE BEEN DOUBLED! PERFECT PLUMBER WITH A CONSCIENCE!!! Simon plumbing got here on time and was patient! He listened to all of my requests and then got to work. I called for an outside water service leak that turned out to be much more work than expected. One thing led to another and Simon ended up cutting through sheet rock and the cement wall to locate the service pipe that had rotted and was about to leak! The best part, Simon suggested making the repair that saved me a lot of money and, avoided a water leak in my wall. I suggested a quick fix but Simon was right. Once he opened the wall to expose the water pipe, I saw the corrosion that needed repair! BEST NEWS, it was part of his original price and he did not bill me for all the additional work!!! Absolutely recommend! Responsive at any time of day, prompt and incredibly thorough. We have used his service for simple sink repair and a very involved hot water leak, both were handled professionally and with a very fair price. This week we had another leak and Simon was at our home within a half hour of texting. True professional!

Punctual and quick. My shut off valve to the toilet broke. It was old and hard to remove. Simon came and fix it. First time using Simon’s plumbing but he seems honest and his price was fair. I would definitely use this plumbing services again.

The toilet sprung a leak in the middle of the night. I called first thing in the morning and the call was answered by Simon and my experience with Simon was wonderful. He gave me a timeframe & approximate cost and was there on time. He explained what had happened and made the necessary repairs. The cost was reasonable and worth as he fixed another part that would prevent another possible leak in the future. No upselling or pressure to do more. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Last week we discovered a slab leak in our 46 year old house in Fountain Hills coming from a hot water line in our laundry room. The next morning our local plumber was able to figure out the general vicinity of the leak but told us he didn't do leak detection or re-pipe. He unfortunately didn't have any recommendations for someone who could do the work, either. So I hopped online and did a mad search for a plumber that did both and had a respectable review rating. The majority of plumbing options in our community did not inspire confidence when I looked at their ratings and reviews, so I did a search for "best plumber" for a broader area and found Simon's Plumbing. He has nearly 500 reviews on Google and a 5-star rating and that was enough for me to call him. A company he contracts with does leak detection (Phoenix Leak Detection, I reviewed him separately) and PLD was able to come out the next day (Friday). Simon came by on Saturday morning to look at the re-pipe work that needed to be done and I had a fair work estimate from him a few hours later. Simon got us right as rain Tuesday (yesterday)! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Simon and they include the following: He is very responsive and an excellent communicator. He is PUNCTUAL! If he says he will show up at a certain time, he literally, shows up ON.THE.DOT of the time he said he would. This is a big deal in my book. He is meticulously groomed (I have to add, his cologne smells wonderful yet is not overpowering!) and it's no surprise that he takes the same level of pride in his work. He and his lovely wife (whom he told me helps him out on certain jobs) did an excellent job prepping the work area as well as removing and disposed of all the debris (dry wall, et al) that came about on job, often tidying up as their work progressed. Again, my husband and I were so pleased with Simon's professionalism, responsiveness and the quality of his work - we highly recommend him! I'm also thrilled to be able to add my own 5-star review to his business listing on Google and to post on NextDoor, too. 🙂
