HVAC Services is a fantastic company to work with. Tom was supposed to come give us a quote in 2015 but timing wasn't right. But we were so impressed that we kept the bids for years. And when it came time to install new furnaces and install air conditioners, we were the last company we called, after receiving several bids in the past year. We were confident that he was going to give us the lowest bid and we weren't wrong. We received a good value for our equipment and services. Tom is an all-around nice guy! He's reliable, professional, knows his stuff, and is always on time. We will definitely use him for our other needs, and we highly recommend him to you.

I own 2 minisplits that we used for a garage apartment that was remodeled and a separate guest suite. Both systems are Gree. Most big AC companies don't care or are untrained about these systems. JR's was a few years back and he knew how to work and service them. I'm only calling him for the minisplits - he provides a fast and efficient service. You are welcome! !

The Cooling Company offers the best customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly, from the people who answer your calls to the technicians who come to your house (especially Justin & Edgar), everyone is easy to deal. They are polite and do not try to sell you anything. They are excellent.

This HVAC company has a great reputation for its prompt and helpful staff. I've been using them for a while, and I never cease to be impressed by how rapidly they can respond to my calls for assistance. They frequently go the extra mile to guarantee the optimal performance of your furnace.

**Newest Update! ** I will keep my original rating because this company's care over the years, from the last tech that came to see me to sending me a new technician (days after the previous one) has been mind blowing. Lalo's knowledge, sensitivity, and thoroughness are all outstanding. We were thrilled to have him come out. He checked everything out to determine the exact problem, and offered several solutions. He explained all clearly, wore shoe covers upstair (we just got our carpets clean- so I was touched by this) and was a very humble individual. The owner of the company was incredibly kind and helpful. While I had an unpleasant experience with my first technician, this does not reflect on the company. The company was excellent and they made it right. Thank you. Owner called me. I'll update my rating as soon as the issue is resolved. Customers are valued and the company cares about this. 1 Star- Waste of $89. The tech did literally nothing. Tech did not investigate the AC leaks or why upstairs was not receiving enough airflow. The technician said they don't have experience with AC systems like mine. Even though it is only 2 year old. He was trying to think of excuses and sounded incompetent. This was a waste of both time and money. He had a 5-hour time frame for his arrival, but the AC was off.

We decided to try this company because we needed our heating and air conditioning fixed. We called them and the technician arrived within an hour. He was professional and friendly. The repair was completed in a flash. It was a great experience.

Chris, the serviceman, couldn't be more personable! He answered all of my questions and was thorough. Unfortunately, he gave me some bad news that I didn't like to hear. He explained it all to me. His professionalism and knowledge of the issue were excellent. What will my next step be? This company is HIGHLY recommended to anyone who needs Heating and Cooling Services!
