RR Plumbing Roto-Rooter

We had a plumbing emergency, and Roto-Rooter responded within the hour. Our technician, Vinny, was professional, courteous, and got our kitchen sink fixed promptly. While the cost felt a bit on the higher side, the quality of service and quick response made it well worth it. We’re very happy with the work and grateful for the fast turnaround.

I appreciate the relatively prompt service. I appreciate the "senior discount" which i did not ask for. I do not appreciate a labor charge of more than $600 for 2 hours of work. It is exorbitant and outrageous. Did I get a discount on the labor??? The technician did not perform brain surgery or remove my kidney. I consider this price gouging. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and telling anyone who will listen not to use the services of Roto-Rooter.

Fast and courteous service, not inexpensive, but with a 6 months warranty. Trayvone the technician was knowledgeable and explain the causes and gave advise to avoid another mishap. I also appreciate the fact that He showed up on Thanksgiving day. Outstanding!

My sink was backed up pretty bad and at one point the water stopped receding entirely. Roto Rooter came quickly and managed to get it fixed just as quickly, letting me do my dishes and make dinner. Thanks, Roto Rooter, and thanks tech 7642, Manuel! Hope you get a bonus!

Andrew was great! He examined the issue and gave us an honest price. He did a quick job with what we needed and even checked out and repaired another issue we had without hesitation. I Highly recommend this company. They are super timely, honest and quick.

They came same day and did three jobs for me. He replaced my kitchen faucet, fixed my toilet leak, and stopped the leak beneath my kitchen sink. I have no complaints. they came within 30 minutes of calling them and got the job done same day.
