Tom’s Plumbing & Heating Services

First time used Tom's Plumbing, will use them for now on. Justin did a great neat job. He was quick, knowledgeable and had a fair price. I reccomended Tom's before and will continue to reccomend them. They do small & large jobs. I believe they are honest and exemplify an ethical business, which is tare in these times. Use them for your plumbing needs. Thank you Tom's/ Justin.

Justin and Tom are truly the best! The most knowledgable and skilled plumbers I have ever found, and I've tried a lot. I used to manage a property in Brooklyn and they always saved the day by coming quickly when there were plumbing emergencies like leaking water heaters or broken sink pipes or toilets. Now I own my own apartment and they are the only ones I trust.

He quoted a price and said that he would replace pipes under kitchen sink as well as the entire sink. I specifically told him that I wanted the faucet changed because it was old and rusted. He told me he would do everything for a specific price and I paid. Realized months later that he replaced sink but put back on the same faucet and sprayer and knobs. Found out when faucet broke off months later. Scammer and I would never recommend.

Tom’s Plumbing and Heating Services are true masters at their craft. I had a leak in my drain line and they came and found the leak, cut our the corroded line and replaced and recemented it the same day. Extremely professional and honest people. I would hire them again for any of my plumbing needs.

7/1/25 Just wanted to update my review; I had the pleasure of working with Justin again. He helped install a new shower body and changed the locations of my bathroom pipes for a bathroom remodel. They were coming up from the floor and he helped make some new joints so they'd come out of the wall. He didn't let me down, he's extremely reliable, professional, and courteous. Always takes the time to explain the ins and outs, as well as the thought process behind things. It's a relief to find someone trustworthy and competent. I've had the chance to see his work on other aspects as well and I'd highly recommend for any job!! I had all kinds of nightmares prior to finding him. Do yourself a favor and save yourself by choosing him! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ - Furnace: Was not reaching set temperature on the thermostat. - Pressure Release Valve: Was leaking. - Expansion Tank was replaced. - General Maintenance. I had the pleasure of working with Justin. Fantastic response when I called in the evening. Had an appointment to inspect the issue one day after the call. He provided timely updates along the way. Very knowledgeable and informative! quick and efficient as well as thorough. The issues were explained very clearly and all my questions answered. Would definitely recommend!~

I had a leaking shower faucet that was overdue needing a change. The old one was leaking water through my knobs and they were begining to fall off. I had Tom do a quick replacement job so I would have a functioning shower finally. Everything was quick and seamless. Thank you!!

Justin is amazing! Great service, honest, fair pricing. He's helped us so much throughout the years.
