I guess I'll see you guys in court again after having to find another plumber to fix your faulty work. At least you could return my call. Also they are doing the contract work that was promissory for the tankless water heater that I made a appointment for and you did not show up or give me a call to tell me you were not coming. Maybe you shold get your story correct. Your plumber came on my property after I made repeated calls to your office about there faulty work and tryed to demand I pay them. After your plumber tryed forced entry into my house I defended myself and no charges or convictions have been placed on me. The continued court casses you will be involved in will prove this and I will be fighting to be compensated to this fact. My number has been unblocked and I would appreciate a call! Your email needs to be updated and I would appreciate if you would answer your phone instead of a voicemail.

We called for a plumping issue and got same day service. I’m usually skeptical because some companies aren’t honest and try to persuade you into things that aren’t necessary. These guys were very honest and professional. They showed up the next day to do a sewer pipe repair. They worked really hard all day digging 4 feet deep having to saw and axe their way through a lot of pine tree roots. They did a really good job. Did not price gouge. The work they did was worth what we paid. 5 star recommendation.

Tonight Pride Plumbing took a bad situation and frustration then fixed it upon request. I want to give thanks to Jon Morel who was able to help us tonight and get us back up and running at an hour that most people would be settling down for the night with their families. Thank you Jon we appreciated your services and professionalism.

Got a quote over the phone to replace a leaky garden hose bib. 150-250 estimate. I said ok, a bit high but I need it done. After arriving 40 minutes late for the appointment window. The guy tells me 900!! Didn’t even look behind the wall. A hose bib that I can get for 20 on amazon!! Full on criminals. I told him that’s robbery and get off my property. Do not call these crooks.

So far so good. These guys came out today. Their names were Tyler and Junior. Very professional. Tyler was able to show me things that were so helpful especially during emergency situations like the one I was pretty much in. In all the years I have lived here, no other plumber or general contractor has been able to figure these simple things out. So I am super grateful. Basically, my water heater spewed out gushing water AGAIN yesterday, and not only were they able to fix the problem, they were able to determine the actual root cause of this problem that I have been having for years, which saves me a ton of $$. Just wish I knew of them earlier. I would've saved a lot more. Now I am just waiting on an estimate. Hopefully their price to fix will be reasonable. Also, communication has been stellar, from making the appointment, all the way to their arrival. For example, if you call them, they pick up or call you right back. They also communicate thru texts and let you know when they are on their way. They arrived exactly in the time window they said they would, by the way. You could tell this company this company works as a team and has integrity, which is rare these days.

We were visiting our cabin in Big Bear for just two days and needed a quick solution for a pair leaky faucets: one bathroom sink fixture, one hose bib on the exterior. After placing a call, in spite of it being the 4th of July weekend, we were visited by Bill & Dave in less than two hours' time. They discussed our options to repair or replace and, in a surprisingly short amount of time, the guys were shaking our hands and saying goodbye, with repairs already completed. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly fast. It's nice to know we have (finally!) found our go-to guys for any future pluming issues. We highly, highly recommend Pride Plumbing and the very friendly and capable Bill & Dave. Thanks again, gentlemen, for making our time-sensitive problem disappear.

Two years ago exactly this company installed a toilet for me. They did a poor job of sealing and installing and within the last few weeks, it has leaked from the bottom. I called them and two very nice techs came out and fixed the issue which required re installing the same toilet. Josh was very nice and got me a coupon so I got about $100 off. However I should not have had to pay $325.00 for service to a company that did not install it correctly in the first place. I was very happy with the service today but do not feel this price was fair. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
