It was a pleasure working with Pure Plumbing for several of our recent home needs, and they delivered on each one. These guys are pros – thorough, professional, friendly, respectful, and do a great job. Scheduling was easy - I scheduled through their online system during the weekend for an appt on Monday. I got a call first thing Monday morning from their office and Jacob came out the same day at no charge. After looking at our most pressing problem, we were so impressed with his knowledge and problem-solving skills that we asked him about our other issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, patiently talking through each one and providing recommendations on how to solve them. Scheduling the work was also easy and Jacob, Dillon and Hugo completed all the projects promptly, including installing a new water heater and water softener. Dylan did an excellent job recommending a reasonably priced new kitchen water faucet. I really appreciated his professional opinion regarding the brand quality and features we needed. He arrived promptly and efficiently replaced the faucet carefully testing it to make sure everything was in order. Now we’re ready for our Thanksgiving company!!!

He respectfully asked for a few more minutes to check one last area — and sure enough, he found and fixed the leak! You could tell Atmos Energy was watching closely and appreciated his expertise and precision just as much as we did. I got a free water heater flushed. It was a great service and learned to take care the water heater better. I just had a little issue with appointment time. If the appointment is at 1:00PM and tech should be here and give or take 30 minutes. Thank you for the great service.

Brent Fischer came on Time, was very professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. He then cleaned up everything and left the area as if nothing had happened. Excellent job! Highly recommend!

Great company! Jacob came out extremely quickly for a water heater issues- gave all us the info we asked for and got a new one installed within days (would have been next day but we had stuff going on). Price is competitive (I spoke to several top places in the areas) and installer did wonderfully - installation area is neat and tidy and they didn’t try to oversell us on any products and services, and even installed handled a few other things for us! Will be joining their membership later in the year as well.
