Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Dave and team were great! They were respectful of my home and got my kitchen sink unclogged in what felt like a second! Also appreciated that they were able to come out the same day. So glad I can get my kitchen use back to normal now!

Our drain backed up on a Saturday. Rotor Rooter had someone here within 4 hours.The drain was cleared but the camera showed some damage to our 100 year old pipes. A cured inplace lining was recommended. All of our questions were answered, all expectations were met, and the work was scheduled. Everyone was on time and professional. Our project manager dealt with our insurance company. Tim Betlach and the crew were great. I highly recommend.

Communications between Roto-Rooter and myself were excellent. I received a text message followed up by a phone call regarding the technician's arrival time. The plumber, Chris, arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work in a little over one hour (replacement of a bathtub/shower cartridge in the main upstairs bathroom). He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and offered a solution to my basement shower leak which no other company had ever mentioned. This saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend this company and technician to anyone in need of repair work.

Chris L. came to fix a faucet cartridge (that I had attempted myself and failed at). He had it taken care of in no time! He was very knowledgeable and courteous and answered all my many questions. The shower faucet works great now!! This was my first time using Roto-Rooter and I had a great experience! The appointment was easy to make and they were able to fit me in quickly. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Excellent service. Promptly arrived for an urgent pipe leaking. Offered several options and prices. Did the job right then, efficiently and left everything tested and ready to go! Would call them again

Where to begin....had a drain issue. Spoke.with Debbie... She was very professional and courteous. Our serviceman was Andrew.... 5 stars all the way around. Would give him 10 stars if I was able!!! Andrew listened to our concerns which was we wonderful . Then Andrew explained in detail what our problem was and explained what steps we could take, as homeowners, to alleviate future issues. I wish Andrew could be cloned as every industry repair person out there. We did not budget a $423 bill for pipe/drainage issues but if it had to happen..... Let us just say Andrew made it less painful. What an incredible employee. You have a gem of an employee!!! Thank you Andrew!!

Riley from Roto-Rooter was incredible! He arrived early for a same-day booking after calling to see if he could come sooner—which was already above and beyond. He quickly diagnosed our garbage disposal issue, ran out to get the parts, and was back in less than 45 minutes to finish the job that same day. He was extremely kind, walked me through everything he was doing, and gave the price upfront, which I really appreciated. After the repair, he also completed the full Pro+ Plan checklist—something i didn't even know they offered and did not charge anything additional. He checked our water pressure, flushed the water heater tank, tested our water quality, and completed eight drain treatments and dye tests all in the same visit. It felt like we got a full home maintenance checkup on top of the initial fix. I can’t recommend Roto-Rooter or Riley enough. I’m so glad he’ll be our dedicated technician moving forward. The customer service was truly top-notch—so much so that I’ve already recommended the company to family members who don’t even live in the same state. Whether it’s an emergency or a general task, they show up within hours and are hands-down the most reliable service I’ve come across.
