My experience with Elite Plumbing was remarkable from start to finish. Dannon, Guillermo, and several other Crew and staff members were very instrumental in helping me avoid a much more costly disaster! This turned out to be a much bigger job than I anticipated but because this is an older home, I wasn’t really surprised. Dannon quickly put my mind at ease and from that moment, the coordination of my job became flawless. The repairs were done in a dependable, efficient and timely manner, and they even cleaned up after the repairs were completed. I’ve dealt with many contractors and that’s a rare quality! I will be forever grateful for the professionalism. Thank you Elite Plumbing from the bottom of my heart! Keep up the good work.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I was compelled to provide one for Everardo and his team at Elite Plumbing & Drains. All I can say is Everardo is the "real deal" when it comes to plumbing, especially when you need a major plumbing job. We had a lateral clay sewer drain pipe that was collapsing near the connection of the main sewer line. The sewer pipe was in an area that was under the asphalt of the street. The first company that came out ran the camera down (overcharged us for this service) and told us we need to dig up the street to repair this sewer line. They wanted fees for city permits and a time line that would put our tenants without a toilet for weeks. We called Everardo for a second opinion, and he came out the same day to run his camera line down. He offered us a clear explanation of the situation and provided a solution using his Sewer Pipe Lining to save the existing line without digging up the street. It was clearly the best solution for us in terms of time and price. He got his guys out there the next day (in a heavy rain storm) and got us back online by the end of the day. Unbelievable hard work and dedication to his customers. He is also local to Riverside, so we were more than happy to provide him the business and keep it within the community. 5 stars all around! I had a leak at my home. Elite Plumbing was a recommendation from a family friend. Everado came out on Monday evening and did his assessment and investigation. He discovered some issues with the valves and toilets in my bathroom. He scheduled repairs and replacements for Tuesday morning. Duane, Jose and Christian arrived at 8:30am and were done in three hours. They were professional to even putting on shoe covers so as to not track anything on our floors. Duane and his team were quick, thorough, and answered our questions. If I have any issues in the future, Elite Plumbing is my first call! Highly recommend! Great job!

Had a stoppage in the sewer line. Called Elite on a Saturday, and the owner arrived a few hours later. Took care of the stoppage and pointed out the issue. Monday, Guillermo arrived on time and immediately went to work digging and replacing part of the sewer line. Very Polite young man that knew exactly what he was doing and communicated along the way keeping me informed. He also changed out a water meter valve. His motto was to leave the area cleaner than he found it. That's exactly what he did! I highly recommend Elite Plumbing.

The whole team was great! They originally quoted me and were thinking they had to cut into my vanity, but Guillermo found a way to fix the leak without having to cut into anything, plus changed my total since they didn't need to do any cutting! Great customer service!

My tankless water heater died and started leaking. Two great guys came and checked it out for me. Gave me a quote and answered all my questions. I needed a few weeks to get organized no pressure, no pushiness. They came today and installed my new water heater no mess and they are very nice and polite. And the quote they gave me was accurate. I really liked that part. I would recommend them highly.
