Great company and the gentlemen did really good work insulating our shipping container homes.

All work so far has been well implemented. The Halco workers have been timely, polite and professional in their work. Very satisfied. Updated: Work has now been completed on the insulation phase, William and Tim were great, explaining the work to be done and completed it with workman like efficiency. Clean up was thorough and the job well done. Trevor has been back with the town inspector and we are good to go. this was the best contractor experience of many we've had over the years. great job Halco! Follow-up 6/25/25 after vacation shut down heater would not come on, Halco tech quickly located the problem, a little debris in the pressure switch, up and running, no charge. Thanks again Halco.

Jim was great. Showed up right on time, inspected my house for energy efficiency, and was polite and professional. Only minor gripe is that he left a Halco yard sign on my lawn without asking. Maybe I consented to that in the contract I signed though, who knows. Anyway, not a big deal, just the only criticism I could think of. But overall excellent service.

While we are happy with the duct cleaning service, because we live in a manufactured home, your tech had to get under the house due an issue when cleaning the ducts. It was not a big issue, however, the tech never reinstalled the skirting where they entered, which I am not happy about. Now I will have to get someone to help me reinstall the skirting. Be sure you remind your techs that once the skirting is opened, it definitely needs to be put back in place. For the almost $1000 that I paid, I would have thought they would have checked this before leaving.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Hal himself directly, and it's clear his care shines through to everyone at the company. Everyone was supremely knowledgeable, and it's clear that you're paying for the job to be done right. No corners were cut, and I appreciated the transparency and communication throughout. I will be using and recommending them to anyone looking for HVAC solutions. You will not be disappointed.

Halco recently did an energy audit of our 1983 Manufactured home. The tech was excellent and a wealth of information pointing out where we were in good shape and where we could improve. He even found a state program that would allow us to do some of the work at little cost. Highly recommended!

Cody came to my house to check out my garbage disposal, which died. He was very nice, considerate and did a great job. He covered the warranty with me and what to do if I have a problem in the future. He also checked my basement and we discussed the possible installation of a stationary tub.
