Roto-Rooter Plumbing, Drain, & Water Damage Cleanup Service

Nate and Jesse were phenomenal! Very professional and helpful with financing. Jesse even knows my neighbor and they are friends that like to hunt! Roto Rooter found out issues with my plumbing and service line where other companies overlooked. The only thing they forgot to do was turn the lever to let the toilet flush.

Big shout out to Craig & Jeremiah. They were professional, thorough and on time. Within an hour we had 3 new toilets and new valves installed. I used them because they also did work for my aunt last year. The job was well done and completed promptly. We had 3 Gerber ADA height toilets put in. Great company to do business with and we will call again for future plumbing needs. Thank you both.

Called them to unclog a sewer drain in my basement on a Thursday night and they came out the next day on Friday morning. The situation was "fixed" for about eight hours at which point the sewage returned even more. I was told that same day by Jeremy who works there (and was friendly enough) that they had called the City to report. Nate a supervisor also quoted me for excavation and replacing my cast iron sewage line. I went elsewhere for that having read the condition they leave your driveway in on the reviews and for leaving me hanging. Eight hours later, the issue came back. (Btw, the clean out cap was left off). I could handle screwing that back in, but I couldn’t handle the fact that the "30-day" warranty was worthless. The individual coming again wanted to quote me—more money—and I wouldn’t pay so I made him leave. They wanted a service charge but I refused. And guess what? The City (Four Rivers Sanitation Authority really) was calling me because Roto Rooter didn’t report the matter until Monday! (they said they did three days earlier! what a colossal screw up) Who fixed it? NOT Roto Rooter. The City sent a big ‘ol truck and cleared the issue in minutes. Over the entire weekend my basement and three other of my tenant units got sewage backup. Roto Rooter harmed me. BEWARE. D. Concannon, J.D.

Roto-Rooter was amazing. Tyler came out quickly to replace my water heater when it burst. He explained everything and got the new one installed and the old one hauled away same day. He explained the flood restoration process and got me connected to Tom, who was also out right away. Both were great to deal with, and answered all my questions.

Jeremiah is a real gem. He is very professional an attentive ,Very prompt with the scheduling times The whole Roto Rooter Team will answers any questions that you may have About your Appointment. Josh was very professional and kept me informed of what the situation was with my plugged drain and my options for repair. He was training a new associate and seemed to be giving him good direction of the situation the options and resolution. I’m a firm believer that on the job training is the best and he did a great job training!

Josh was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job and answered all my questions about the job and other plumbing questions I had. I would definitely request Josh if I ever have any other issues.
