Dylan Tigert did an outstanding job! I had my entire electrical panel replaced and From start to finish, Dylan was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He explained everything clearly, made sure the work was done safely, and took the time to double-check every detail before leaving. The workmanship was top-notch, and you can tell he takes real pride in what he does. My home’s electrical system has never looked cleaner or more organized. Beware of Bacon! I had to call Bacon and a pinch because they were the only ones available in my area for a late night call. Our HVAC had gone out, and the person was very professional. I knew it was going to cost quite a bit, so he signed me up for a savings with the friends and family plan. It was early in the morning, and I signed up for it. I did ask if I could cancel at any time, and he said yes. We were very happy with it, because of what happened to our HVAC system until we had an inspector come out. He gave us over the top pricing, and I did not have a good feeling about it. He told me that he would change out a light switch for like $500, I thought he was joking. Even a doctor doesn’t make $500 an hour and it wouldn’t take an hour. then another inspector gave us a quote. I did my research, and it was $600 higher than what was the top in on Angie’s list. I did ask a friend who had just had a similar service done with a much larger house and more units. She paid the same price that they quoted me. That's when I knew that this was not a savings, so I tried to cancel the membership. I was informed that I couldn't, until the year had passed. The associates began shifting been around, and then they said we'll call you back. Of course that didn't happen. That sent up all kinds of red flags. Also, I had canceled an appointment with them because of the high pricing, and I found out it wasn't canceled. So these associates would've showed up to my house on the day, and we might not have even been home. I receive no contract from them only receipt of the technicians visit. Maybe this is why it's called Bacon! $$$$ Update: I was able to speak to the office manager, and she did say she would stop this contract that I was under. She didn't offer to send me the contract or show me what I signed. There are a lot of question marks about their policies and business. She did apologize, but she also was hinting around for me to change my Google review. I, also, found out that my scheduled service had not been canceled, and this is the third time I had requested it. Honestly, I have my doubts, because she informed me that she would send an email or a text. That hasn't happened, yet. This is a huge disappointment and when someone cancels an appointment, a month in advance, it should be cancelled. I shouldn’t have to ask 3 people to cancel it! This is bad business!

We had to get some electrical stuff done in the house and our tech was Andrew. The experience was great from beginning to end. Andrew was very informative about what the prior contractor did wrong and what he would be doing to rectify the situation. He came and did a thorough job and also provided pics and a detailed summary of what he did. Definitely a great guy you have working for your company. Would recommend him to anybody.

I had a great experience with Hayden C. He was professional, kind, and took the time to thoroughly explain the electrical issues and the repair process to me. I really appreciated his patience in answering all my questions—it’s clear he knows his trade well and cares about his customers understanding the work being done. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. He completed the repairs efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing electrical work and will be calling him again for any future needs.

I have had Bacon out for three things so far: once to quote a water heater, once to check out an issue with my HVAC unit's heating function, and once to seal up a hole in my ducting. All interactions have been friendly and helpful. The technicians were never pushy and the quotes were reasonable. Austen was my HVAC tech both times and he was amazing. His work was excellent and he was both professional and friendly. He was also very good about explaining everything in detail so I knew what was wrong and what was needed. Overall, great experience so far with this company. I will definitely use them in the future for HVAC needs and any plumbing needs outside of my own capabilities. Thank you!

Called these guys mid afternoon on a Friday & they were able to come out & get my tanks emptied. Jon, the tech was great & very informative & knowledgeable about the septic system we have. Just hoping when they come back out next week, they can assess the actual issue we have going on & get the plumbing back to where it is working properly. Thanks to friendly staff & Ryan for being able to make it happen on short notice.
