Emergency sewer pipe service. Kareem worked efficiently and professionally to remove a huge tree root. The water flowed normally in a few hours. The second day the pipe was replaced. Appreciate the time and effort given to the project.

Kareem from Absolute came all the way up to South Lake Tahoe to replace my old dead leaking water heater on the SAME DAY I called. I could not get anyone in South Lake to call me back and Kareem saved the day. He did a great job and the new water heater looks and works great. Definitely recommend ABSOLUTE!

I had a very positive experience with Absolute Rooter and Plumbing. They were super responsive, came out on the weekend after Thanksgiving to clear my backed-up sewer line. Then they were back out the next day to dig up and replace the old pipe. They worked with me on what I was able to do financially at the moment and were incredibly kind, respectful, and I believe I received a very fair price for the work done. I’ve already shared their contact info with a coworker. You roll the dice sometimes when calling a plumber and I feel like I got really lucky when I called them. Highly recommend!

My water heater failed the week before Christmas. Great timing, right?! Kareem was easy to reach and was out to look at and bid a replacement the same day. Ran into a problem with installation but but he was diligent and stayed with it. All worked out and I'm very satisfied with the results. As a side note, I'm the type of person that normally does things like this myself. I've installed water heaters a number of times, as well as all sorts of other plumbing, electrical, construction projects. And just for reference, for one water heater installation, the local inspector was very impressed with what I had done. So there's that level of experience behind what I've described above and witnessed with Kareem.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. I asked for info online to get started, they were in touch within minutes and one of the plumbers was at my house within a few hours. 2 hours after that, my problem was fixed inside a budget I was totally prepared for, very reasonable. He had to think outside the box a bit for my living situation but once he wrapped his head around what the issue was, he was on top of it. Had it fixed without any hassles (for me anyway) and back on the road in 2 hours. Can't have it more perfect than that! Thanks again! I feel totally appreciative of how much effort you put in to fix my plumbing problem.

My experience with Absolute Rooter and Plumbing was excellent. Kareem responded the same day and was at my house within hours to look at job and provide estimate. My job was to cut and cap an existing gas line protruding from our patio for potential use by a gas grill. Rather than cut the concrete I thought it might be easier to track the line from the meter, dig it up and cap it before it ran under the patio. Kareem was here the next day with a line tracer following up on my idea. Turned out to be impractical so we went with the cut concrete, remove pipe, cap, fill and patch approach. The next day Kareem completed the job quickly and with great skill. The patch was smooth and he even matched the salt finish. My only dig would be it was on the pricey side but very pleased with timeliness, professionalism, expertise and quality. Would use them again.

Upon thorough evaluation, I was given options to choose from instead of just pushing to sell the most expensive one. Kareem’s knowledge and expertise helped assess the pros and cons of each. Once I made a decision, the main sewer line replacement was installed without a hitch and quickly! The service was very professional and super efficient. Kareem is not only very professional but also friendly, making it very pleasant to speak with. You will never be intimidated to ask the same question several times because say you don’t understand the technical terms of the explained.
