I saw their truck outside my neighbor's house this morning and asked the technician if he could give me some info about replacing a pressure release valve. He was super nice, gave me a card, and had me call the office. Steve answered right away, gave me a quote, and even offered to come out the same day! Turns out, the valve didn’t need to be replaced, just adjusted. They were honest, reasonably priced, and not out to take advantage. Super friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I called them to find a water leak, and, they failed to locate the problem and charged me an absurd amount of money for no work. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed it on "frozen pipes," which was completely false. Even if that had been the case, a reputable company should have offered to come back and address the issue once the pipes thawed. Instead, they took my money and left me with the same problem I started with. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services. The owner is being very defensive instead of taking the responsibility and ownership of wrong doing.

Custom plumbing responded to my service request within the given timeframe. John and his assistant, Joseph, analyzed and acquired the parts needed to complete the repair.
