Water Heaters Only is a great company! This is the 2nd time we've used them in 14 years, thats how long the 1st water heater lasted that they installed in 2011. I called today and they came out today. Brandon the technician was great. Very professional and personable. The new Water heater install today was quick! Brandon explained some of the features of the new Water Heater and answered all our questions. Very nice guy. Will definitely use again in the future.

After buying a new gas water heater that was installed by WHO about six years ago, I highly recommend this company. Our heater has worked great and given us no issues—the sign of a good installation of a water heater, I’d say, is that you never have to think about it. What’s more, their customer service is very responsive. I was performing routine maintenance (flushing the heater) recently and had a quick question, and they were able to answer my phone call (conveniently located on our tank) and help me even though I was calling around 6 PM on a Saturday. I can’t think of any way this company can improve!

While I just had a water heater removed as my remodel guys were installing a new one, John did an excellent job! If I have a water heater issue or need a replacement, I will definitely be calling Water Heaters Only, Inc. Thank you!

I got out of my shower Saturday afternoon to the sound of running water in the utility room. Opened the door and saw water dumping out of the bottom of the water heater. No bueno! I looked for some referrals online and hit on Water Heaters Only. I saw nothing but positive reviews so I called them and managed to get an appointment for Sunday morning (no up charge for weekends BTW). Chris showed up and looked everything over and gave me a couple of options to proceed. After making the necessary choices, Chris got straight to work. After a few short hours hot water was again flowing from the taps! The work looks super clean and tidy and the new water heater is working like an champ! Everyone involved in this process was thorough and professional, and the cost was basically what I expected. If anyone is looking for a great company for a new water heater, you can’t go wrong with these guys!

Woke up to cold water and a leaking water heater. Ugh! Called these guys after another company failed to respond to an inquiry. These guys scheduled me between 10 and 2, showed up before 12, completed the installation before 1:30, reasonable price for labor, tank, pan, fittings, expansion tank, earth quake straps, cleaned up, and disposed of old tank. Brandon Nelson did a awesome job, and communicated throughout the entire process.

We had great service from a phone call in the morning and an installed water heater in the afternoon replacing one that needed to be replaced. Luis Rivas did a terrific job and we highly recommend making a call if you want a free estimate.
